warning I have discovered something long time ago and I'm not sure if I've mentioned before. Your scores in the game are only sent to the server after u exit the game. And if u got lost connection in the middle of the game, your scores in the game will be gone into the drain. I learned this the hard way previously when I did 100 kills and I got lost connection. Then I checked the top10 list and my score did not move up at all. Just now same thing happened to me and I had done 30 kills and received lost connection. To prevent this, one way is to end the game after smaller number of kills so that the lost will not be too great.
Keebler, Thanks for your advice on 100% sensitivity. I have now finally got used to 100% setting in Red spitfire. The game has become great for me. I was able to finish off targets sooner instead of passing them off to other players. Kill rate has certainly improved significantly. I can do stable long range shot and engage in h2h using 100% sen. And I dun really wobble much. The game is now more fun than ever. It's like I got a new spitfire. Or it's like I've been possessed by your spirit and played the game well.
Origami, that was really fun playing with you last night! Also fun that some other 2ch people came and went from time to time. You guys are really fun to play with! I am lucky if I can play for half an hour each day. When I'm done teaching in a couple weeks I'll have more time! I'm so busy.... too busy.
The good thing is you can now change name anytime u like and nobody knows. But I think the next update will show top100.
right on! glad to return some of the advice you've given me regarding planes. you probably feel like you can turn on a dime right? btw, surprised you've given up the hein or zero for the spitfire? are you trying to lure me to come back to it? lol
I used to think spitfire is a inferior plane than the hien,zero,mustang in this game. But when i use these class1 planes, i just don't click with it. Then when I mastered the spitfire using 100% sen, I am on a killing spree most of the time. But when i switch back to Hien or Mustang using 100% sen, I just can't perform. I think the reasons is because my flying style require better armor and i can only aim well at slower speed. As mentioned earlier, there's no need for me to play with the speed to have a good shot. I just turn, saw an enemy backside up close, and just blast it off the sky easily, and I have no worry on overtaking the plane and become it's target. I do speed up when I slowed down too much in order not to become an easy target. Another thing is I like h2h. It's the easiest to get kills and spitfire is the best for this fight among planes with good handling. I used to think that even though spitfire is mainly the plane I used to reach top position, I might have reached faster and further if i had used the corsair or the zero (white hien has not been rls yet then). But now after a long period of not using spitfire, I am beginning to think if I had stick to spitfire all along, I may be now having higher scores. Why don't u try back spitfire and see how it stack up with the new mustang?
Shern, Now didn't I suggest you try out the spitfire last week when you were really bored!? Here's what I'm thinking about the planes. The spitfire is your favorite and you are attached to it... so stick with it, if you can do just as well in it as everything else! I'm probably going to use the Grey mustang now as my primary plane, because I like how it looks, flies, and I have always liked them. Plus the creator of the game personally told me I would like it, so how can I argue with that? I do want to try out the new Yaks that are coming and I hope to see a P-58 because those are way to cool. Yeah, Keeblers doing quite well in the new mustang! I didn't kill you any that last game did I Keebler? I Who is that "you" and "M" I wonder? I couldn't believe it you had like 30 kills or something and I paused the game, because I really needed a quick drag off of a smoke and when I came back a minute later you were up to 50! I don't see how you do it, I really don't

I was just firing a ton of bullets whenever i saw a plane (hence the reason i nailed you a few times - that oops button should be there b/c a few times i stopped, but a few i couldn't in time). if it makes you feel better, i cringed whenever i shot you. I wanted vengeance on the others. i looked at the you and me as a challenge b/c they were so far ahead when i hopped in. i wanted to catch them. I have no idea who they were, but i don't know if they are anyone we know. I'm liking the mustang, but i do find it a touch slow turning. I find it's ok h2h, but i'm also finding that h2h battles depends on who starts firing first. if i can.... wait, i can't go on b/c that would be divulging a secret tactic lol i might try the spit, but i found it much slower than the hein turning, which i find is a key to the DFs. i might get in a for a few minutes for the gold medal hockey game at 3:15 EST. should be an epic game, no matter who wins
But the turn rate goes down as you go faster, so I think the spitfire turning rate is similair, but the advantage of not having to pump your brakes to end up behind a target is just plain old sexy! Whoever Foxx is; that was some fun fighting we just had. I felt each fight I got a bit better
I know you didn't mean to get me! Sometimes, I'll say "ouch" just to let you know I'm in your line of fire! You must have been distracted when I first came into that game just a little while ago! I said "ouch" three times, and you didn't say anything, then I noticed you weren't making any kills. I thought I might have an opportunity to pass you while you were asleep at the wheel! No such luck though cause you woke up! lol! When you did wake up, you started killing planes faster than I could see them...... and that made me realize something buddy How are you able to spot your targets so darn quick? I do really well and I find that I can keep pace with you, in team player matches and when I have a furball to pick apart. When all the planes are scattered about, I slow down a lot. I know to check the radar, but I still have trouble judging everyone's position. How are you so aware as to where everyone is exactly? You can PM me if its a secrete! EDIT: Canada 2 -US 1.. Yep good game EDIT: OVERTIME!!! Are you kidding me! EDIT: OK Canada! Good game..DAMN IT!! ARGGGG!!!!
funny.. but I remeber some very skilled players in spitfire.. they were hard to get and they did seem to me very fast...
