Wow this was the only game I've been waiting on now and u had a totally unique game that has never been done before and breaking down doors with the gameplay. I'm sure u could get funded easily by a huge game company if they seen what u have here

    Nooo :(

Isn't it an option to look for a known developer who can help with funding and coding?

This is my first encounter with this thread, it's unfortunate to read that this game has been scrapped. Just watching that video made me think to mysel...finally someone's making a game like this. So disappointed:

We haven't cancelled it due to lack of funds of technical capability. It's to do with the game design, what we wanted it to be at the start of the project and where it was heading/what it needed to be to be successful. Those two things were at odds with each other and after almost a year of trying to reconcile them we still haven't managed to. Basically I lost belief that we would be able to find that balance in a reasonable timeframe and the project was at risk of ballooning further, to a point where we would not be able to survive if it failed. And I don't just mean monetarily but emotionally as well. That is simply not a position I was willing to get into.

Failed projects can take a massive toll on your motivation in this industry and our decision here was to minimise that motivational damage so that we can continue to bring you games in the future.

    Thanks for your understanding,
    Antony,
    Rocket Jump.

Well, that is a bummer on all fronts. I know how hard it can be to pull the plug on something you've put a lot into, but I also know that can be a very liberating and positive choice. I hope that whatever you learned from this development cycle only fuels, inspires, and accelerates your next one!
