Way too many spoilt kids. How much will this game cost? $2.99 or 3.99 ? Bargain. Kids here seem to expect a lot more and at a tiny price

Game trailer looks great and I'llprobably get it

I'll pick it up during a .99 cent sale. If it's coming out his fall....by Christmas it should be on a .99 cent holiday sale or something.

The song is the worst. Gameloft...please change that horrendous song.

The graphics look great, but when it's a western, the characters and story matter a LOT, and this is where Gameloft always fails. Also, I lol'd when I saw the building at 00:19, straight up BLATANT rip off of Fort Mercer from RDR.

Also not feeling the unnecessary horror elements, I'd have preferred a 'realistic' western game.

Only haters,no trolls you people have to know of the difference between a troll and a hater,a troll is one who just for the lulz insults something while a hater is one who does not like a particular thing and criticizes it in a "wrong" way.About the game:looks okay.

Finally, someone can tell the difference.

Anyone that things the game doesn't look good, is automatically referred to as a troll. I hate it, you can't express your opinion (if you think the game is bad) without getting called a troll.

As long as it's free roaming and the world isn't completely empty, I'm all for it. Not many Western Sandbox games out there.

What's not important for this game is that there are people walking around...what's important is that the world's big and varied and that the scenery is nice to look at. What was so awesome in RDR was that you could just ride on your horse for hours and explore in the amazing empty world and forget the missions etc. Would love to do that on the iPhone.

Yes that is what I am implying, whenever a game gets called "bad" the person is referred to as a "troll".

Well "sandbox" is one of the tags in for the trailer, so I'm quite sure this will be an open world game.

Now all that's needed is to keep it from being too empty.

Actually, a "hater" is someone whose default reaction to a particular category of something -- regardless of its actual qualities -- is hate. A "hater" is someone who actually thinks that hating something is actually a more honest reaction than being enthusiastic or even lukewarm. I would go so far as to say that a "hater" is someone who has build their world-view around particular hatreds and feels threatened when someone offers a more nuanced view. Needless to say, being a "hater" is a sad and pathetic state, and just as sentimental as being a fanboy -- in fact, it's the proverbial flipside of the same coin.

A "troll" is just a cynic who likes attention. So I guess you are right that there's a difference. But they're both equally pathetic.

@kingofkings: Fort Mercer, just like pretty much everything in RDR, is a blatant ripoff of "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" and the "The Wild Bunch". The idea that Rockstar "owns" any of RDR's aesthetic would make me LOL if it didn't fill me despair for the general lack of cultural context in the gaming scene.

I do find it amusing that the one thing that feels someone fresh about Six Guns (the inclusion of a gothic horror element, which reads differently to me from RDR's grindhouse take on zombies) is the part of the game that folks "don't need." It's a bit of a catch-22 for Gameloft, if you think about it.

Here's my issue with the game (and similar Gameloft games)... While I don't think the game looks THAT bad, I sure as hell do expect better from one of the biggest developing/publishing companies in THE WORLD! When you have just about a $200 million dollar revenue I sure as hell would think you could upgrade your gaming engine or something. As people have pointed out, there's some absolutely stunning looking games from much much smaller companies. My issue with Gameloft isn't so much that they simply rip off console games, it's more that they put out absolute crap! I'll never expect a true RDR clone to be on the App Store, but if you're gonna try, for god sakes, put some effort into it. Also, aside from their games lacking graphically, I think there's maybe 1 or 2 Gameloft games where I didn't wanna throw my phone in frustration of their gameplay mechanics.
I just expect more from Gameloft I guess, just my opinion though.
(oh, and I'm not so much referring to just Six-Guns in this post, but more of all Gameloft's iOS games)

According to comments (wich unfortunately can't be trusted 100%) it was made by gameloft.

Considering the amount of content you get with a gameloft game (Usually a full 2 - 6 hour campaign + Multiplayer) and the graphics still being above the standard of most iOS games (yes, there are occasionally ones that look better, but as I said, occasionally) you're getting a pretty good deal for ~7$. If they would put a lot more work into their games they would have to make them more expensive, leading to less sales and more complaints. You just can't do that much with a 7$ game and make a massive profit from it.
