This depends a lot on how far you are and what creatures you've unlocked. What tier are you at? That said, the forums at http://thylacinestudios.com/ have a lot of veteran players and see more activity than this thread. You may want to try there.
Hey I'm sorry for the way late reply here. But thank you for your response! I wasn't terribly clear, but your response helps out. But yeah...the "B" button and a quarter of the joystick seem to exist outside of the screen and when dialogue options pop up they appear underneath the joystick, which is kind of annoying. I'm toying around with the button placement options right now. I do wish the virtual joystick option would happen soon.
Ok...my post was in response to CalinR's reply to my initial post. I just forgot to hit the "quote" button...Sorry!
Yes, I have re-downloaded again after initially playing on first release and with all the patches and additional content this game is now one of my all time favourites. I gave it 5/5 when released, if it were possible that would be 6/5 now!
I'm having an impossible time killing Realm Level 7 enemies… I'm a Level 53 Sorcery Mage. My team is all Level 59 or 60, and is made up of: Unicorn Vivifier (for revive), Shogun (for 20% instakill), Firewound Angel (started with him, haven't had the motivation to switch him out), Iron Golem (for unimaginably high damage scaling [1000+ after 6 turns of battle]), Witch Doctor Inscriber (for Sigils), and a Dragon Soldier (he was great when I encountered revivers and healers like Vivifiers and Priests, but now it's same as my Firewound – no motivation to take the time to level up a different, more synergistic creature.) I also am essentially unable to defeat any Sigil except in a Level 1 Realm or the Siralim Castle. What did I screw up to make myself so relatively weak?
One thing that blows my mind and is extremely annoying is that you cannot see the enemies health. Nope....no health bar, no hp numbers, nothing. It's crazy. So you don't know when to extract cores, you don't know how much damage to do without killing the creature.....it is just weird. Great game otherwise
Hi, There is a spell that can give you precise numbers about an enemy. I don't remember its name though. And about the health, you have an indication of it when you place the cursor on a monster.
Siralim just dropped on PSN for $10. I wonder if anything has been added in the PS version. I wish the developer good luck on the console!
I should've bit earlier. The mechanics initially pushed me away from this game but after taking a couple hours to understand it, I bit for the full version and it's a great sort of endless JRPG dungeon crawler. However, I did notice a bug with one of the duties. It was a duty to find lost monsters and bring them back to Siralim. Some of them fight you and others just go if you talk to them. One of them spawned within a wall and it didn't look like there was a way to talk to it. Now, shortly after seeing it I ended up wiping to something else so I'm not sure if there was some tiny side path I missed or if more than the required number spawn within a map, but it looked like it was somewhere inaccessible.
Siralim 2 has been released on PC/MAC/LINUX formats. Expected iOS and Android release later this month (August) http://thylacinestudios.com/forums/announcements/siralim-2-will-be-fully-released-on-august-12-2016!
Like Pagan Fox reported, Siralim 2 is targeted for a late August or early September release for Android and iOS! I'm very excited to start posting here again as this community was incredibly supportive of Siralim 1. If the release date changes, I'll be sure to post an update here as well.
Can't wait for it! I'm super excited. Much like Siralim 1, I plan to own it on a few platforms, starting with iOS first and then hopefully a PS4 port
I really didn't give this first one enough time. Purely due to my game backlog and not the game itself. Damn, don't know if I should slip in a few hours playing this or just hold out to 2. I've read of plenty of gamers getting quite some hours out of this which is really impressive. When 2 does come though, I'll definitely have to make time to really see what the deal is all about.
Yeah me too. I will definitely join part 2 of this wonderful game! Gesendet von meinem SM-N915FY mit Tapatalk
Thanks for posting Zack and great to see you back on the forums again. I've been playing Siralim 2 for the last couple of days on my PC and I have to say you have totally nailed it. Congrats and I can't wait to play it on my iPad also.
