@Septim: Glad you're enjoying it! Both of those things are planned for sure. Achievements will be a lot deeper and rewarding than what you'll find in other games, too. @dudecoolguyman: Most achievements will be retroactive, but not all of them. I haven't even planned out what all the achievements will be yet, so it's hard to give a definite answer unfortunately. @CptMurdock: You can find them by competing in the arena, too.
Glitch? Thylacine: I think there may be an issue with the ability of the nightwing gargoyle. Its ability indicates it gives a 50% boost in resources for each gargoyle type creature alive at the end of battle. However, this does not seem to be the case in practice as I am getting roughly the same amount of resources when my entire party is alive versus all my gargoyles are wiped out. I'm not sure if the ability is always on or never active. Any chance you can look into this at some point?
It is indeed not calculating properly. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. For now, it's not worth using a Nightwing Gargoyle in your party since its ability has no effect.
Are there any specific requirements to create a nether demon? I am working on hatching my first nether creature and would prefer to do everything I can to make a demon since it is such a looong process. Can any creature types turn demon? What is the % chance to get a demon with and without demon dust? At what stage is the egg decided whether it is nether demon or regular nether creature?
It's all about luck. Demon Dust is the only thing that can increase the chance of it happening, and even then the chance is still pretty small. All creatures can turn into a demon, and it's decided the moment you receive the egg from the creator.
Ok so the next question is about luck then... When you get "Luckier" from pandemonium tickets does it apply to only that realm or is it a permanent increase? I never seem to see stat changes when it happens. What does it actually do???
It increases the quality/quantity of loot you receive the next time you receive loot. That could be from a sigil, a chest, a duty, or even an arena match. It disappears after you receive the loot, and doesn't persist if you save/reload the game.
Good to know! Do you have any plans to allow multiple save slots for those of us that are perfectionists and want to ensure that we always get nether demons? Also can we please get the ability to delete or rearrange save data slots? My main character is in my second save slot and I often hit the D pad but slightly miss it then load slot 1... It is a minor nuisance to me currently.
Another good thing to add would be the ability to lock items so you cannot accidentally salvage them.
Nice creature! He's going to be bad ass. Did it consume all your gems? For some reason when I created my nether creature, it left all my sapphire gems in my inventory. I'm still trying to figure out if it's something I had done wrong. I'm almost sure I had 7 of each, ready to go. Also - You can lock items already. Just go in the items/artifact and select an item and you can LOCK it. It won't show up in the salvage menu when locked.
It took 7 of everything but xp gems as I did not do any activation for that gem to be used on nether orb. Good stuff on the locking... Not sure how I missed that... I want to work on making an all creature xp artifact but need so many of those oils...
I'm having a tough time finding a nether creator. I'm on realm 34. How often are you finding creators. I've got a 10 activation, 8, and 5 all ready to go.
Yeah... Must be activated to use the gems. The gem requirements will be insane at lvl 900+ with this format and considerably more insane with the suggested upcoming format.
You should be seeing them fairly regularly. I am around that area myself and bump in to him every so often. Not sure if I will jump right in and work on creating another now or hold off a little bit. I want some crazy creature xp artifacts (going to take forever) for lvling these guys. Lvling is slow but scaling is pretty awesome. Lvl 24 base stats below for an update.
On average, around realm level 50, I am finding them in about 20% of the levels. That's just based on my memory. Of course I run into them all the time when I don't need them lol.
I'm going to be creating another nether creature; let me make sure we all understand te process. I have a 10 slot orb. All 10 slots are emerald (attack) I have 10 gems ( all activated for attack, emerald). Once I activate the orb with the orb dude he should suck up all 10 gems yes? If I had 20 gems would he only suck up the gems that were colored the same as the orb activations? He wouldn't randomly take a topaz gem would he? I went straight attack I want to see how crazy the scaling is! This is for clairvoyant (+80% attack with full mana). I'm going to berserk this creature! Attack!!!!!!!!! Thanks in advance,
