Thanks for another great update. If I could ask (beg) for some QoL improvements... 1. Could a default of Extract (or current move of Extract) automatically move back to attack once there are no more possible extracts in the battle? 2. Could you allow us to reorder the battle menu? (for heavy extract or cast teams) 3. Could you allow us to hit left (or right) to go to "Attack" (or whatever the top option is, if you implement suggestion #2) from wherever we are in the battle menu? Thanks for all of your hard work on this amazing game!
Kinda sad in a way if it's because the game isn't selling very well. This is certainly a game that deserves it's premium price tag. Though hopefully this will convince a lot of gamers who were sitting on the fence to finally get it. Perhaps they might even buy the DLC.
Yeah i feel the same. I actually paid 15$ to get it on the computer and for me it was worth every penny, i already thought it was a steal at 5$ lol. If it gets more people to like the game though im glad !
You can purchase skins for creatures (obtainable in game too, just a "pay for rush" iap) You can also purchase a coin drop doubler (coins are used to buy above mentionned skins) The dlc itself (all the content) is free, things you can purchase are just a way to support the dev more
Just realized I hadn't gotten this yet. Smashed buy button the moment it came up in my TA feed! I loved the first one #
I know I think I've said this before but I'll say it again: this game is highly recommended to anyone who likes roguelikes, monster catching games, or old school style RPGs, and it's an absolute steal at $2. ( I thought it was a bargain at $5 even) This should be an instabuy to anyone who likes those three genres of games. (Roguelikes, RPGs, and monster catching/collecting games that is) I hope they sell a lot of this game.... It's very well made and they deserve to do well with it.
Ha, I just saw the sale myself. Jumped on it, even if only to throw the developer some love. Going to sit in my backlog - but in a good way.
Yeah, the same npc that trades skins for the fleshwarp coins will have the dlc in his dialog options, its not an "in your face" iAP that the devs try to shove down your throat #
I'm considering buying this for iPad while it is on sale for $2 but the dev said on Jan 8th on Twitter that the game is still coming to Vita and I'd ultimately like to have it there. Does the game have the kind of replayability to justify a double-dip?
Hmmm.... Not sure exactly what you mean by replayability but if you mean what I think you mean then yes.... There's over 500 monsters to collect, and numerous spells (i.e. Spell gems) and crafting ingredients to collect. ( I think there's at least hundreds of different ingredients and easily over a hundred different spell gems) so it will take you quite a while just to collect all of those. On top of that there are artifacts to find/ and or make, and runes. But mostly to answer that question, I'll just say that there are infinite levels in this game. So you could be on level one million, and your monsters and your enemy monsters will be scaled up accordingly. And even on level one million, you could keep going, on to level one million and one. The game is procedurally generated so it keeps going on forever. So, if you're motivated to keep reaching a higher level in games, then yes, this game definitely does offer replayability, because there's always a higher level to strive for. I hope that answers your question... Sorry if my answer was too long lol.
Oops my bad... Just read that last part. Ignore my first answer then. Umm I can't speak for you myself but I will say that if you have two different accounts of siralim 2 on two different devices, each account will be different because each account will randomly get different monsters, ingredients, spell gems, etc. etc. so each account will be a different experience. I don't know.... How much do you like monster catching games, old school style RPGs, button mashing and roguelikes? If you are a big fan of maybe two or three out of those four, my opinion is get it. It's only two dollars.... That's like less than a latte at Starbucks. That's even about the same as coffee from Dunkin donuts. On the other hand if you hate all four of those game categories and/or if your budget won't allow for two bucks for a game, then don't get it. Get it though if you can't stand to wait to play this game. One thing I will say is that when you're going through a realm ( what they call levels in this game) there's no way to save your progress. So you have to go all the way through the realm of you lose progress in missions and stuff. ( though maybe not loot... I'm not sure but I think you can keep the loot) it's not a deal breaker for me.... I just try to only play realms when I have 10-15 minutes free.... Also one possible workaround is there may be a way to just keep the app open and switch to another app on your phone and maybe that way "pause" siralim 2. I haven't tried this tho..... I may try it later and report back my findings on that, if you like. The games graphics and amazing detailed depth of rpg mechanics to tinker with is enough of plus to me that I don't really care about the fact that you can't save your progress in a realm. It's not like you start completely over.... You just lose progress for that particular realm if you quit. Hope that helped and let me know if I can answer any other question or clarify anything I've said.
I guess, to simplify my question, is this a game you would want to start over from the beginning on a new device or would you rather continue your current save file forever? The $2 is not an issue for me. I just don't want to invest a bunch of time on this version if abandoning it for the Vita version is going to feel like a big loss of time and progress.
Hi, really awesome and dedicated game. Glad I bought it during this sale. On my device (iPhone 6 running iOS 9.3.5) the bug with the black vertical lines still persist. So maybe not totally squeezed that bug #?!
