I'm looking for a todo app which sorts on priority, has the option to easily switch tasks to different priorities, and allows you to have the springboard badge icons for just your chosen priority (logically just "high").
UI should be neat and effective.
Unfortunately most todo apps have way too many options for setting dates, tags, categories, etc.
    Anyone got any suggestions?

eTodo is simple and very peasant.

Awesome Note + Todo is also simple and very good.

I have bought many Todo apps, but they more complex than these two.

You could check just in case Todo, 2Do, ultimate todos , tooodledo.

Thanks, eToDo looked good so I bought it.
Its not what I was looking for though.

The problem is that whenever I know the date for a task; I use my calendar.
I want a tasks app for when I dont know when I'm going to do certain tasks. So the future I'm missing is to differentiate tasks I need to complete "soon" and the ones I need to complete "someday" in the badge icon. I only want the "soon" category to show on the badge. This app lets me use between "today", "all", "overdue", which is a waste as I dont use dates for my tasks...

Awesome Note is more of a very good notes app than a todo app. I find the to-do's settings and notifications lacklustre if you compare it to dedicated to-do applications

I recommend 2do for a great todo app, however its cost ($6.99) now might be a little high for what it does.

Yes, you are right, but he needs something very simple. I like better 2Do but it has a ton of settings which is good in my case.

Not so sure how effective it is, but I still use To Do's, which is very simple.
