I think it is probably over a year old now. Recently made an update for iPad support, but that's about it. I have a bit more ideas on how to improve it in the integrated OpenFeint message boards, but not really sure if it is worth the time to do so or just create another game all together. What do you think?
Tried it... I'd say go for a new game. The apple game just is good enough as is for what it is. It wouldnt hurt to try something new.
what would constitute a major update for you? i put some ideas in the openfient suggest a feature section but it hasn't gotten a lot of interest.
Your game is pretty nice. Maybe rather than updates try to get more reviews of it in app sites so more people see it. I say go for a new one. Sometimes it better to focus on something else and then new ideas will flow for that previous work.
The art style is definitely nice, the premise is just a girl holding a basket as apples fall right? I didn't get to try it, but I guess if you want to salvage this, slight changes I can think of are different fruit trees to unlock, dynamic background changes with weather and seasons. Also other objects that randomly come into picture, birds, creatures like rabbits, squirrels. Wind, rain, snow, ect. could be the determining factor in how the game would change. Wind could cause apples to fall at an angle making the difficulty a little harder, if she's catching them at night with a small lamplight, lightning during a rainstorm could have a cool effect.
