my car broke down on me today and i need about 500 bucks to get it fixed. i can get about 350 for it on craigslist....i have a job but i need my car to get back and forth to work...should i part with it? i can't decide whether i wanna walk back and forth to work in this heat or be iphoneless for a month

LOL @Kidney joke. In all seriousness, I think getting to work in this weather is first priority. If you were to walk for 45 minutes in blazing heat, you might get burned out at work (No pun intended). That, and so you can get an iPhone 5 later on. A few months without one won't kill you, right?

Selling your iPhone is like cutting out a piece of your brain. Imagine walking around this world without an internet connection, no link to the hive mind. What will you do when you seriously need to google something, or check twitter, or receive a text message? It's better to just sell a kidney because otherwise at some point you're going to wake up in a strange bathtub full of ice with it missing anyway, it happens to everybody. Also, I agree. Sell your body, prostitution is a great way to earn money quickly.
Can't you just take public transport? How would walking harm your body? If anything, it would be a good daily exercise. Just wear loads of sunscreen and a hat.
