    at my computer?
If you would read the rest of my post. I do know that porting is work, and costs money. Which is why I said that in my opinion is the game is worth $5, with maybe $1 or $2 for each individual map. $10 and $5 for maps is a bit excessive if you ask me.

I think charging is definitely reasonable, especially for a game like that. Tons of work and sweat into a map for thousands of people, with no profit? Nah. We Iphoners are really spoiled; we have all these 99 cent games and we expect them to be like that. The fact that we can get high-quality software for less than a dollar- and that we take it for granted and demand money back if we don't like it- is really sad to me.

As long as it adds good content to the game at a reasonable price, then
I'm all for it. Oh, and I bought CoD: Zombies and the new map, and think that it is worth much more than $15 dollars, but I guess it's what your willing to spend for a quality game.

I think DLC should follow the average standard of pricing of games IMO, ~$1 per hour of fun. (Random good quality iPhone game is ~$5, has ~5 hours of content. FF is ~$50, has ~50 hours of content.)

For example, Tap Quest recently added DLC. Good examples of this included $1 for adding music and SFX, and $1 for adding a new stronger Warrior class. Bad examples were $5 for a pack of Overshields, Super Bombs, or Speed Potions. (They did change the price of the consumable items later.) They are now planning to add DLC quests, which kinda worries me seeing how they mishandled some of the previous DLC. Tap Quest quests are simple and likely rather easy to make, and if they charge $1 per 5 minute quest, I'm not buying. 1 hour of quests would be around 10-15 quests, which is what I'm hoping they'll do and I will be glad to buy.

Your logic is slightly flawed. Verrückt, Shi No Numa, and Der Reise were all part of 3 different map packs that all sold for $10.00 each, and most of, from what I've seen, what people played online was Nazi Zombies. So I think taking out the story and giving you what most people actually played, and charging $5 for what people ended up paying $10 each for, really is an okay deal. So for $25 dollars total if no new maps get added to consoles, pc, or iPhone you'll be getting what people have payed $80+ for.

I think a lot of people think it's easy to create new content for their game or app or whatever. Like there's this "Online Free Game Creator" that they make an account for, and they design an entire game with some easy template things. It's a lot more work than the spoiled people expect.

I'm not a fan of in-app purchases. I'd rather spend a flat fee. However, Call of Duty: Zombies looks like it might be worth the investment. From what I've read, it looks like a very highend production.

If the game has a lot of impressive graphics and coding, and is a lot of fun to play, it should cost more. Jet Car Stunts, for example, should probably cost $3.99 instead of $1.99, and Grand Theft Auto should probably cost $14.99 instead of $9.99. These are both insanely good, underpriced, games.

On the other end of the spectrum there are games that don't have nearly as much, and are overpriced at 3, 4, and even 5 dollars. If a game is going to cost this much, more content (ie. maps, characters, etc) should be added.

I think COD : Zombies is too expensive for its base content. Come on, 1 map ?? The content-price ratio would put the console COD up to 5 maps at most.

But seriously, you would want additional content for free ?
Ok then, but would you give them money for free ? ;)
