Not working Played it a bit until reaching L 5 or 6. Then I joined a town. Now it does not work anymore. Either the game is stuck on starting screen or simply crashing shortly after start. Probably they cant deal with the borked iOS9 Gamecenter.
Got to level 16 and was finally rolling comfortably. Got to the point where I could queue up 10min jobs and just check in instead of playing constantly, which I did for about two days straight. Played some today then it just reset on me. There's reviews stating the same. That's a lot of lost hours. Was on iOS 9.0.0 when it happened. Just updated to iOS 9.0.1 afterwards... Because why not? As much as I enjoyed this game, it's definitely been an exercise in frustration at the same time. I'm half-relieved the game reset on me before I got sucked in even further.
My game has tried to change over to Game Center account a number of times which looks like the game has reset. Going into Settings and Account and clicking on Device has continued my main game, not sure if this will work for others but might be worth a try...
This is the best game ever! I deleted all other games to spend as much time as possible for it I like grinding and I really like the city upgrade system. Thank you for creating such a wonderful game! P.S. Will be there in the future something like city wars?
The drain on batt life is RIDICULOUS. I was plugged into my com's USB port and playing, and the batt was being drained. /wtf
I had to do it 3 times to get it to work including the set the time back a week restart turn time auto to load when it did work and then I linked my fb just in case to not lose it. Taking in the cash now too. I have three extra openings in my city too if anyone wants to join. It's called bussyland.
Heroes and gear should really be re-looked at. Stuff breaks constantly. You're punished for leveling up too much since it's really hard to keep 10+ people geared with high level gear (since low level gear breaks on high level chars for no good reason besides "screw you, player") Lots of people complaining about this in game. The breaking system isn't explained (like, at all), and it's a giant frustration for players. Do you REALLY care so much about money that you're willing to annoy so many people when there's tons of other money sinks in this game?
Lost all progress Finally I was able to play this game at friday and saturday for a longer period of time. And yesterday evening suddenly all my progress was *gone*: When starting the game I was greeted with the initial tutorial sequence; 10+ hours are now down the drain. Dont invest any time or money in Shop Heroes.

Hello, If you lost your account, please try unlinking your current settings and relinking old settings like GameCenter in the Account tab of the settings menu. If that does not work, send in both accounts information to support. We'll manually recover the account. We will be adding a PvP element in the future.
In my Account Settings I see three buttons: Facebook (which i dont use), Gamecenter and Device. Facebook and Gamecenter are light blue, Device dark blue. Pressing/Klicking any of those buttons changes the color but nothing else happens. Leaving and reentering the Settings shows only Device in dark blue regardless of the state of the buttons I left the Settings. Not sure what do you mean with "both accounts information" ?
Sometimes it does that for me and I force close the app and restart and try again. If switching to Game Center doesn't work then I close settings and reopen them then click Game Center and let it sit for a while. Loading the game and or linking to Game Center take forever.

Hello! After the Halloween update I have frequent crashes, impossible to play on my iPad mini. The game crashes every minute! Please, do something with the issue. P.S. The issue is solved! Thanks to support team! If you have crashes I recommend you to clean ipad, clean cash, reinstall the game and everything will be great.
