I was in the process of picking up an iPad 2 via Apple's online store (I don't want to deal with crowds and standing in line for the iPad. The 3DS - YAY! iPad 2 - nay), and I saw that is says "Ships in 4 - 5 weeks". I'll be patient with that, but I was wondering: Is that number set in stone? I will absolutely get it in between 4 and 5 weeks? Is there every a chance it will be a longer wait, or perhaps a shorter one?
In my exierence that is the MAX wait and if it comes sooner your lucky, normally it won't get pushed back farther unless there is a major supply issue. Not sure if the earthquake is affecting apple or not...
