Stack sheep till the cows come home in Sheepstacker for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. In this fun and whimsical game, you've inherited a massive flock of sheep, but you don't have enough space for them all. Your only option is to stack! Simple, addictive gameplay will have you stacking sheep for hours and coming back for more. Simply tap the screen to release a sheep from the swinging crane. Your timing is everyting: Stack the sheep perfectly, and you'll be rewarded with a shower of nickels; miss, and the sheep will tumble to the ground (and possibly take a few with it)! Sheepstacker features a cartoony, whimsical art style with impressive 3D graphics, a catchy soundtrack, humorous sound effects, and some very cute and friendly sheep. Two play modes are included; Free Play (try to stack the sheep as high as you can) and Speed Stack (stack sheep within a time limit). Sheepstacker is available for $1.99 in the iTunes App Store. http://www.tinytimgames.com/games/sheepstacker/ Sheepstacker*is the first game released by Tiny Tim Games. Good that you got this out before Tower Bloxx. Am curious though, what sets this apart from Chillingo's Totem? Would love to see a demo video.
looks nice. i liked the wife half part. not fun of the graphics THAT much. looks like a direct flash game port to phone. but gameplay sounds fun!
I hadn't seen Totem, but it doesn't look like they have sheep. Also, Totem is 2D while Sheepstacker is 3D. I haven't played Totem so I can't really comment further. We should be getting a video out soon. It's never been a flash game. But the gameplay is very fun!
The lite version is out. I've played the lite version and I think that Sheepstacker is a lot better than Tower Bloxx. Not sure whether to buy it though since I have Scoops and Sky Burger is coming out soon. There is also an interesting blog entry that Jerrod Putman posted about the development process of Sheepstacker here.
downloaded the lite havent tried it yet, I just bought tower bloxx with the sale had liked that lite version but not enough for 6 bucks
Thanks for the kind words. I think that when you play Sheepstacker, you understand how great it is, but it's hard to get that across with just screenshots and descriptions. I'm glad to see that now that the lite version is out, people are liking it.
The Lite version is very nice. The Sheep are so cute! I like how they roll away if they are off-balance.
Thanks for the Lite version. Was fun and is another capable title for my kids. I'm always looking for games my kids can play, too. I will probably upgrade to the full version. Thanks!
Sheepstacker has a different mode called Baa-lance mode. You use the tilt controls to move a cart at the bottom of the screen. You then have to catch the sheep in the cart. It's very challenging, but lots of fun. I love this game!
In case anyone is interested, we're releasing a desktop version of Sheepstacker for Windows, Mac, and browsers. If you'd like to join the beta program go to http://tinytimgames.com
Old thread but I need to say it. Of all games this is the game I've played most on the iPod! I play it ALWAYS when I'm on the train. This is HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My absolute favorite when you are bored because you have a little spare time.
