My memory sucks with some things and remembering when an app was released isn't one of them. Although with hindsight I guess I could have checked that on here first.
In my defence I had just finished a night shift and was tired. But yes at that price it looks great so I just picked it up. I was very tempted when it released at full price and watch listed it. The only reason I never did then is because I think I'll be terrible at it, imagination is not where my strengths rest.
So apparently, the devs are doing a weird business model of having you pay by IAP to get more levels. I own the game and I have had mixed feelings about it, so I dont even know if I want to check it out.
IMO, yes. Maybe I wouldve got it if the game was one of my ultimate favorites, maybe. But since I had mixed feelings I am not really in the mood to play it. Instead, they couldve raised the price of the game. Plus, we remember that reviews got bombed 1 star when Ustwo offered a paid DLC for MV. I guess that its not a weird business model for PC, but in iOS it is for me, at least.
It’s $1.99 for 30 levels. Or a hamburger and small fries. I’ll take the 30 levels. Edit: Hoping the new update will be out soon.
Tried purchasing the new worlds and it doesnt work. The IAP button is directly there when you visit the iOS 11 App Store. It takes you into the game but there is nowhere to purchase the new levels within the game. A lame shame.
I deleted and then reinstalled Shadowmatic. Different icon. Purchased the add-on pack. Just odd I had to delete and reinstall in order for the update to take effect, but all is well now#
