Now there's a more "real" scenario. I have played with some people who have tier 2 weapons, and they still arent that much more powerful. My only gripe about the game, is that we are basically playing against android users who have better controls (physical controllers) than the iOS's touchscreen. Not to the point of being gamebreaking, but damn that is one hell of an advantage still.
Horrible framerate on ipad 3. When i try to change settings to low its impossible. Game changes settings back to high in few seconds. It says you have to restart program to change graphical settings. How to hell you to that with ipad? When i double click home and force close it that doesnt help either. Graph settings are back to high or ultra high. Shitty shit. Cant play with 20-25 fps. I hope it will run on low much better... If i never get "low settings" on...
I'm almost 100% sure it's a bug...can't change the settings to ultra on my iPad 4 either without it just defaulting back to high. I would wait for an update if it really is unplayable, but the big downside to that is by then everyone will be leveled up and the game will be that much more difficult.
Played last nite for 3 hrs ... Woke up today logged on and all my gold , exp, etc is gone?......anyone else? I'm pretty pissed and glad I did not dish out money....I was close to getting that freakin shottie! Now all my good and kills...gone. Also last night I did like 6 offers through tapjoy....and got nothing
Im glad to see im not alone with this problem BTW, this premium system sucks ass. You have to pay month by month, alot. Madfinger seriuosly?? This is mobile game.. Not wow or anything. One time pay its ok but monthly payments... Madfinger really lolled themselfs... Awkward..
Yikes...hasn't happened to me. Thanks for the heads up about data loss. I'm more concerned about game balance. Already people have high level stuff like rocket launchers and it just isn't fair. The early tier machine guns, assault, and SMG are all unbelievably inaccurate or the game has the worst hit detection I've ever seen. Accuracy for those guns needs to be buffed big time, and recoil needs to be introduced for the shotgun and heavy machine gun.
Do you have sound issues, too after you switched to Premium? I tried to put sound effects up again via options but the volume is still too low for my taste. After than that i really enjoy it.
Either you are just asking too much for free, or you are just being ignorant. Does Madfinger force you to pay 10 bucks a month? Does Madfinger restrict your progress at all if you dont pay them anything? Does Madfinger punish you in any way for not spending a dime on their free online game? If your answers are yes, then there is something wrong with you. For those who can spend too much time playing the game with the subscription, i bet they can max out the player levels within a week, and dont even need to subscribe anymore. The subscriptions dont have to be forever, but it can help to level up faster than they normally could. As a bonus, you get to unlock skins and helms that has no impact in the gameplay whatsoever. This is how League of Legends did it, and it's worked pretty well so far.
I'm not really into multiplayer, but ever since the new Call Of Duty came out I have the urge to compete for rankings and all that stuff. Now with Shadowgun Deadzone I can satisfy my cravings on the go! (This sounds like a commercial)
After a while you will unlock everything and there will be no need for the extra gold and XP, so all you will be paying for is the voice chat and the premium servers and then is the subscription really worth it? It should be a 1 time purchase, this is a shooter not a MMO.
You can say something like only five percent of Android users will take the trouble to connect a controller. Maybe even much less.
Im pretty sure youre right. That's why it isnt really gamebreaking, but if you play with anyone who does have the setup, it's nuts.
First of all don't insinuate I'm being cheap or ignorant, You obviously don't have a clue what you're talking about... as in, usually every other thread. I tried to be nice to you but your kind of a dum_ a@#. I'm not asking for anything free, I have mentioned in my other posts, ( if you bothered to read them) that having a one time fee for a premium account would be ideal and I would pay for that. Seriously a premium account allows you to get a better connection to online games, voice chat, extra xp and cash. Which is fine but in order to get that better connection ( which I do believe is better as apposed to the free account) and voice chat... You have to keep subscribing which is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe you can understand that???
I don't think it's worth getting into a fight over whether the subscription is worth it in terms of value for your cash. I think it's more important that it unbalances the game. When a game is soley multiplayer, there can't be a significant percentage of players with a huge advantage over others. Free or not, that just isn't the way to make a game. Period. Singleplayer with IAP giving OP weapons? Ok then, whatever. But competitive multiplayer is all about matching your skill with an opponent's. These premium accounts negate much of the skill involved. +50% XP and money is a HUGE advantage. Again it just boils down to why not just have the game be premium with no IAP crap.
