You say this as if you understand what they mean. If you do, fine. But I find it hysterical when someone starts dropping this stuff like it's technobabble, like most people do.
The game is crashing when trying to play the second campaign, I can play my old savefile in the first campaign just fine but when I try o start a new game on the other one it crashes. I've tried theisual stuff like clearing task bar, restarting, etc. Im on an iPad 2 iOS 5.1
Well if you did any kind of pc gaming you'd already know that the first number refers to the screen resolution, and the second refers to multisample anti-aliasing (which softens the edges/jaggies). These options come with every pc game.
Oh don't worry I do know what it means and I find it as funny as you do when people use those terms without having a clue about what they entails.
Can confirm that the frame rate and graphics are now amazing on the new iPad (frame rate was good before anyway)
The game runs awesome on iPhone4. Never have any issues with framerates or crashes. I look forward to more 3rd person shooters from Madfinger in the future. Shadowgun is in the top 5 best shooters on iOS. It's a great game.
Now, I can download Shadowgun again since I am not stuck with only 1GB left on my old iPad 3 16GB and upgraded to a 64GB model! I can download without worries since it takes up a lot of space.
You lucky sod, jealous now. Not really but you definitely made the right choice, my 32 gb iPad 2 is virtually out of space. Congrats and have fun with it.
And boy does it look gorgeous on that new iPad 3 of mine. The textures already looked sharp (most of them) and now it's totally insane!
Well I know I asked for assistance with this guy a while ago, but I wanted to report back that I still can't beat him. I've tried countless times and I still can't kill him. I just get soundly slaughtered everytime. I guess I'm done with the game...it's a shame as I was really enjoying it. Thank to the people who offered advice!
