Roadmap? No shit it got reviewed as a game, haha. It was made out to be a trash bag of a game which it clearly is not. It was made out to be horrid in all aspects aside from graphics. If you wanna see repetitive, play angry birds or jetpeack joyride. I'll admit those are ok for their own reasons but they don't satisfy a thrill from tactics and precision in a shooter. Not to mention, skill. Playing this game is unlike much else the AppStore has to offer and clearly is unappreciated by some for not fully mimmicking a complete console experience. This game has a great take on shooter aspects coming from a not-so-large dev team. The scenery is by no means fantastic but what is there is downright gorgeous. Btw, you smell like a f*****g troll. Haha.
Dammit! I just got to the driller and couldn't figure out how to beat him. I was running all the way back to the locked door and firing the whole time bit kept dying. I came here to see how people were beating him. When I went back to the game, it had the stupid glitch, where the ignitors would kill me even while off, where as it wasn't doing that before. I've had absolutely no glitches whatsoever before this. I'm on a JB 3GS 4.3.3. This sucks
Dude, my bad but that was not a rant. You're entitled to your opinion, as am I, as was the reviewer. But most of the gaming world from the hardcore IGN down to TA agrees on one thing: the game is a beautiful but repetitive game.
Troll? Please. And speaking of precision tactics, I'm someone weaned in the Counterstrike, Rainbox Six generation...so maybe I expect a little more from my games than you do. I bought ShadowGun on day one. I played it. I even posted some early feedback in this same thread (if you do a quick search) which mostly gushed and praised MadFinger for what they achieved graphically. But it is unfair that so many people are trashing the TA reviewer who gave an objective and critical opinion.
Thats the problem right there. You expect too much. It is not counterstrike, or rainbox six, or gears of war, or even a console/pc game. For what it is, even without the graphics, it is a nice game to play and have on iOS, and don't give me that repetitive nonsense, because I will just facepalm you.

You're gonna have to start all over again and not die at that level. I deleted the game and re-downloaded it. I'm hoping I can avoid the bug/glitch this time around.
That's your opinion. You say it, like it's a matter of fact. A lot of people here, like myself don't it find it that way at all, it's not boring or repetitive to me. I think it's a great game.

Hi guys/gals Update is under review. I hope it will pass through tests soon.. btw, I got third report from iTunes and people are speaking by themselves. We have a lot of sales (4th place on gross selling still) and only 4 (four) people refunded game.. Its a lot better then with Samurai II. So I dont think that this game is overhyped or disappointed so many actual buyers Have a nice weekend
Unfortunately no.. We will fix it in next minor update, no achievement will be lost, because we can reconstruct it from your unlocks.. Its my fault, I always forget that Apple achievements works different then on Xbox360 ;( Sorry about it..
Are you serious?? I died like 7 times and I could still run through them. It only appeared after I exited the game and came here looking to see how to beat him. When I started it up, then the bug was present. I really have to start over? If that's the case I'm getting a refund.
Ok i finally got into playing this game and well, this is definatly not a tech demo. You guys explained that this game, obviously, was not ment to compete with I.E Epics multi million dollar game Gears. I really don´t like that some people are judging and comparing this to a 100000(00000) mil or so console franchise. Repetetive? Not far enough into the game yet to comment on that. But i.e you can take cover behing alot more then those "roadblock" thingys when enemies are on the screen, pecking behind walls etc. Love it! I dunno, so far it´s a really funny (complete) action game. You dont have near combat, no grenades, no over the shoulder view, no rolling. But alot of other stuff is there. In an action game the gun-play really need to feel "real", and you managed that (sound is the probably the most important in that aspect when designing a shooter). Destructible covers that makes you and the enemies move to another cover, you got that. Anyway blabla, so far a really good action romp for 8 dollaros! Looking forward to MP; more weapons and grenades (dif strategies etc). And close up combat plus roll. Thanks Madfinger for helping pushing things forward for iOS and Android platforms.
The next update (currently in review) fixes the problem, so perhaps you may want to wait a bit before asking for a refund.
Hey, strip the all the fancy graphics. Make the whole game black and white. Make the, now, really blocky enemies exploding into shiny pixely thingys and blue stars to contrast the black´n white. The main character obviously gotta have a square head/body etc. And slap some cool-ish synth/ambient/retro mix music over it. And u´ll get the rest of the ppl with ya. Yep im tired Sorry
I think you meant to quote this guy, not Der-Kleine. But yeah, anyone with the drill problem, DO NOT restart the game. A fix for that problem is currently in review! Although, I don't know if the update will force you to restart the game.
