Did not receive hero in Catacombs Hi devs, I killed Cerberus in Catacombs II 4/4, used revive for 500 gems as it is still cheaper than 1500 for a hero, but at the end I did not get any heroes. Never happened to me before. Could you either refund the 500 gems or give me a random hero? :S Thanks. Hi. Each legendary affix is good. You can survey the ranking and find out what those affixes do. We will consider adding descriptions. The sound/music can be turned off in Settings.
The diamond chests will drop only Epic items in the upcoming update. That update is already live in Google store. In the App store it is passing the review atm. The trap immunity will also be available in the App store when the update is live.

I have been playing on Android (Google store), and have not seen any updates since started (a week ago maybe). My version is 0.1.2180. I have opened around 5-6 diamond chests, never got Epic items from them. Only 1 epic recipe but always Rare items (there was 1 Rare in the chest with the epic recipe as well). We've checked your player. You already have 3 Tier III heroes. Did you buy 2 of them? If that's so, we will check your information once again. An update will be this week. It should fix the diamond chest issue. We'll also check the timer issue.
I bought 2 for 1500 gems each (Magno and Ixty) and got 1 from Catacombs Difficulty1 (Shiru). I wanted to get another Tier3 from Cata Diff2 but receviced no hero although it only took me about 20 mins to complete. In my previous post, you can still see the Trap Immunity is up which is only an hour, so there's no way my time was up. Thanks.

I can confirm that the update breaks the game! After a battle I am loading ad infinitum. I synced with facebook, so maybe that's it? Please fix asap
They responded to me on twitter, saying, that they are investigating since 2 days and hope to fix it soon.
