Yeah, it's just their least popular games that are on sale. Shadow Guardian is an awful, awful game and not even worth the .99 cents, IMHO. Star Battalion and Spider Man though are great games and well worth the price. Zombie Infection is pretty cool too, though it's fairly easy and kinda short.
Based on the latest lists, here is what I'm planning Zombie Infection Shadow Guardian Splinter Cell Spider-man Avatar Star Battalion Brothers in Arms Add this to the EA Games I'm planning on (Mirror's Edge, BF2, maybe that RPG Heroes of Lore if it's not complete trash) and that's not a bad haul for a $10.
I'm a little hesitant on Wild Frontier since everyone seems to be raving about the Monster Hunter like aspects. I've never played MH but I hated Pokemon, so I wasn't sure exactly if it's a game I'd enjoy. Is pretty highly recommended if you typically like RPGs? Is Heroes of Lore bad? The screens look cool, but I've heard next to nothing about it.
Don't get Heroes of Lore3. The controls are the absolute worst I've ever experienced in a game. I played it for a couple of hours and haven't gone back since, and I love those type of games! If you've played Zenonia or Inotia then Heroes isn't going to offer you anything new other then frustration.
Not really, not to me. I feel Dead Space and Resident Evil 4 did a much much better job at atmosphere. But the gameplay feels better in Zombie Infection than Resident Evil 4 on iOS.
Gameloft has made those 13 games on sale for $.99 and is letting their Facebook fans vote for a 14th game to be put on sale too. They have their entire list of games available to vote for so I voted for N.O.V.A. 2. Be sure to go vote.
I highly doubt NOVA 2 will go on sale, however NOVA might and it really should considering that it would probably increase NOVA 2 sales. I would be happy if NOVA only went down to $2.99.
That is probaly a reference to the fact that Gameloft opened up voting on Facebook for a 14th $.99 game. After the 14th, the game with the most votes goes on slae for $.99 for 24 hours. If I had to guess, I'd say MC:2 has a good chance of winning. I'm also hoping for Gangstar 2 and NOVA2.
In that case I hope for NOVA 2 and I will even buy NOVA 1 at full price. I wish the poll wasn't on facebook though, as I no longer use that.
If my wimpy 2G Touch would play Shadow Guardian, I'd jump on it. Otherwise have most of the ones that are worth getting. As for voting on the 14th one, it looks like NOVA 2 is in the lead. I'd like it to be either MC:2 or Eternal Legacy (already have NOVA 2).
I hope they drop earthworm jim!!! I would buy that in a heartbeat for .99. I have purchased it a few times on various other older platforms already.....but that game never gets boring.
On gameloft's facebook page everone can vote once a day to choose the next game that will be discounted to .79 euro cent! The game will be on sale on s.valentine's day, 14th february!
