xD have been laughing for half a minute. It's a pitty Gameloft is only making clones. In their beginnings they used to do good games. I have been told that they lack in ideas so much that they ask devs to add an original idea to the resumee when looking for a job in Gameloft.
lol so you think that a major gaming company who makes millions is having trouble coming up with ideas? hmmm not to seem rude or anythin....but how many ideas can you come up with? Anyone can come up with many ideas...and they have thousands of people working for them...Im sure whoever told you was just talking crap..
They should make Gears of War, Silent Hill, Prototype, Bioshock, Pokemon, and Assassin Creed( Not like previous, but an ACTUAL free roaming game, like on PSP), and their own Dead Rising

I have a feeling this game is gonna fall through the cracks just like splinter cell. Not because it won't be a good game, but because it is being released around the other Gameloft games. Nova 2 will sell great and be just like the other Nova in terms of fun and fame. Asphalt 6 will be just another racing game like Asphalt 4 & 5. Dungeon Hunter will sell pretty well and be up there. And as much as I like the game so far, I think Eternal Legacy will flop. Just my opinions.
Well we don't know when this game will be released. It could be released this time next year for all we know. So far Gameloft hasn't specified a release date, or month or even a season. My guess is that this game and Eternal Legacy will be released after Christmas because they've only just been announced. NOVA 2, Dungeon Hunter 2 and Asphalt 6 have been announced for ages now and they are the only ones that have been confirmed by Gameloft to be released in December.
The latest gameloft games were 100% clones, but they were really good. You have to accept, that gameloft is currently only copying the game concepts and porting it to idevices, but they are getting better and better. And maybe we'll see in some yeas a really innovative new game with a own concept by gameloft
Or have them not have to clone like with splintercell, then work with marvel to make more spiderman games or something, and DC would be cool. Batman!!!
Yea, spiderman was great, it's my favourite gameloft game. Btw. How can it be, that there is still no batman game for ios?
I don't recall any non-sports Gameloft game that flopped. I would have figured that maybe Star Batallion would, but it clearly didn't. These games will sell well, even if they turn out not to be critically acclaimed. They will sell well and that's really what Gameloft cares about.
So do I. I'm definitely getting NOVA 2, Shadow Guardian and Asphalt 6. I might get Dungeon Hunter 2, but I won't get Eternal Legacy though (I don't like JRPGs).
Iron Man 2? As for Shadow Guardian, I know it would be ridiculous to hope this turns out like the PoP: WW port by EA, but one can wish.
