Hahaha. It's one of those games where I'm instantly hooked and I'll play it so much that I'll burn myself out on it and divorce it.
Ya, I can't stop playing this either. Honestly, it's easier for me to play on my iPad, but at least on my phone I can take it anywhere easily, lol. But this is some of the best martial arts action on iOS since Kinetic Damage. Speaking of that, this doesn't support iCade, does it? Also, I love the "moments" that happen when you are fighting. If you've played this, you know what I'm talking about. Sequences that happen where you are like "holy crap" and you wish you were recording so you could just share what happened. One such moment for me was when I did a high kick, and they duck or dodged it, and then their counter got me right in the jewels, lol. Or when the game goes slomo and you either nail them or they perfectly avoid your attack. Either way, it looks awesome.
Yea, the characters move so fluidly. You almost think sometimes that your watching the shadows of real people fight. The only downside is the F2P "energy system", but it's not a deal breaker. As far as icade support, I'm not sure. I actually just ordered one off Amazon yesterday. I've never played one yet.
I got the iCade 8-Bitty for Kinetic Damage, and it makes that game INFINITELY more fun. I doubt this game supports it, but I'll try it tonight, as I just thought of it at work today, lol.
13 more app commercials and that Ninja Sword will be mine! I'd have it by now, but I blew like 14 of those crystals retrying a fight against someone that would have given me double nunchuks if I could have beaten him. Oh well, easy come, easy go, lol.
I was using the batons, and I got a lucky punch punch combo on him that knocked him down to about half health, so I thought I had a shot. LOL, no. The rest of that fight was all him. Bastard.
Hehe I got the nunchucks first try (the batons are much better tho) How far are people into this, I'm currently at 13/25 in the tournament and I've defeated three of the lynx opponents,

Yeah, I got that offer too, when I didn't have 16 gems. BTW, I'm at stage 19/24 in the (first?) tournament, and I've defeated 4/5 of Lynx's bodyguards. I'm comin for YOUUUU, Lynx!!
Lol, I JUST got that offer and I was 5 gems short. I need to watch 5 more videos. This is actually a pretty big game! I've been playing it pretty steady for the past couple days and STILL have a bodyguard, then Lynx, plus the rest of the tournament.....and this is only the first "section"!! Now if they could make it a paid game and get rid of the timers, I'd be a happy guy. Lol
I'd probably pay $5 or so to have unlimited energy. I'm tempted as it is to buy the gems I need to get that damn sword! And I have never bought a single piece of consumable IAP in my life that I can recall.
I just upgraded my armor to where Lynx's last bodyguard is "Normal" difficulty, but now I have to wait for more energy. Okay, so I beat "Villain" and fought Lynx. Well, "fight" is a pretty subjective term, since it was more me TRYING to damage them and them killing me in like 2 hits. Guess I have A LOT of grinding to do... Oh, and boss fights are to 3 rounds instead of 2 FYI...
Im at 19/24 in the tournament now and I'm at Lynx but haven't fought him yet. (Outta energy). He's at level "insane" so I'm gonna wait until I hit level 6 so I can get the new group of gear. It looks like the next tournament contender is at "easy", so I'll grind a little before I even try Lynx. I was actually gonna buy some gems (it would be my first IAP purchase) but I don't have a card connected to my NZ account. I'm in the US. Definitely a great game! Now if I can just work on some of the moves a little better. Lol
The first boss is cheap as F@£& I finished the tournament and I'm up to the boss I've got all the weapons and the best helmet and clothes and I can beat him in the first round but then in the next rounds he just avoids me and throws ninja star at me or somehow manages to kill me in a couple of hits Typical cheap boss tactics that fighters usually have I suppose. Edit. Nvm, just beat him. Woo it opens up a whole new set of weapons and things to collect this game is great.
