The tapjoy is implemented so horribly it's unusable. U can't see the whole thing. It's cut off on the right and bottom.

Rrr.. This is CCG/TCG, so when new cards available, of course u have to buy them only if u want to have the cards. The same goes to MTG, yugioh etc. When they launch new sets, do you automatically get them for free?

U dont need to spend money if u dont want, u can get it for free by playing online games, collecting gold n spend as u like.

Um.. my post has nothing to do with getting the "new" cards.
It's about a card that was supposed to be existing in the initial release.

Existing Shadowhunter packs pre-update were supposed to contain 2
heroes but only gave one. The developer promised to deliver this missing
card after the update. My post was in reference to THAT card and the
developer promise, in which he already answered.

Does anyone know if there has been any word on when Game Center matchmaking will be implemented? I have friends around the world with iDevices and we'd like to play each other, but without GC matchmaking we can't figure out a good way to make it work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to play friends in SE (other than waiting for a GC patch)?

BTW - Kyle, the new update makes things much smoother to play. Thank you for your efforts.

My bad then for misunderstanding this.

Btw kyle, an annoying bug related to engulfing flame n poison thing. If they are casted on a hero, that hero wont be able to use shadow power. I think someone already mentioned here.

Really? What device are you using? Tons and tons of people have been earning a lot of free shadow crystals with it already.

    Zaladar/Communication issues?

Specifically, I had sacrificed and had cast something then moved on to the next phase. Although Zaladar had enough shadow mana, I could not use his ability to target my opponent. Nor could I attack with either of my allys. I tried changing camera angles, whatever, tried tapping on the cards, did everything I could and about a minute later was declared loser.

If this is how a lost communication with the server situation would play out, then that is what happened and the server decided I had abandoned and was thus, the loser. Not sure the player should be penalized for this. At least, it would be nice to know for sure if it was communication lost on my side.

So, what I'm trying to say is, I'm not sure this is a Zaladar issue. That it has happened with often Zaladar may just be a coincidence because there are more Zaladar decks playing right now.

Given a resurgence in players/users with the new set, it could easily be a temporary server overload, no? Kyle?

Btw, O2 (when it finally appears), has a "keep alive" message that floats to the top of the screen during the match, to let you know that you are still communicating. If communication is halted, the match immediately ends and neither player is penalized.

Check again, I am once again SE-poor. Spent all my gold on new cards :) It's okay though, I've still got a small stockpile of Shadow Crystals!

And 99.9% of the gold I had came from buying decks and selling off the cards I didn't need.

And for the record, I do sleep, just got up in fact ;) As for my game, we actually have two in active development one targeted for early summer that we haven't announced yet and DotR which won't be around until late this year. Just ask Kyle (or Pavel over at Orions 2), getting a game like this off the ground is a complicated effort, especially when you're an indy with a very small team!

    :)

Pavel recently admitted O2 was "the most mysterious piece of software I ever made. It scares the hell out of me and really has a life of its own.." So true.

Most people have no idea how much work must go into development. I'm working on the AI for a new game I hope to see in the store later this year and the work is daunting, to say the least.

imagine amber rain effect, warrior cards, and soul seeker in one deck!!

Probably you haven't read any thread yet but due to a bug any hero can eqip any weapon for now. This will be fixed asap. The new patch is on the way. Kyle already knows the problems.

Question: I have Amber rain with Berserker's edge as a weapon. Why can't I cast 'dual wield'? It's not a weapon, it's an ability, yet I can never cast it.

Another thing that bothers me: elemental deck with 'zaladar' stealing my 'kings pride' armor and then actually using it on his side. Why does this work? Stealing it is bad enough, but they are not even the right class to use the armor, yet they still are allowed to. This should be changed.

When I play on my iPad, the bottom of the playing screen is cut off. As a result, it's difficult for me to hit the camera button and/or see my opponent's name. Is it just me?

I suspect that dual wield is an ability where hero uses two weapons with his hands that's why the character has two swords. Amber has already 2 swords that's why she can't equip this ability. I was disappointed two because I discovered it in an online challenge where I lost because 4 dual wields were used only as resources.... tough luck.
As for the weapons the classes for now don't matter because of a bug. It will be fixed in the upcoming patch.

    Questions about weapons:
    - is durability determined by number of turns? Not number of usage rite?
    - can i have 2 diff weapons on board?

    Priests

Has anyone built a decent Priest deck? From what I can see, they are extremely limited dudes. Not an attractive option. If anyone feels differently, please clue me in.

I have (what I consider) A good Priest Deck. I use Jericho Spellbane more than Zhanna Mist and enjoy it a lot actually(I can't discredit her healing skill because it makes for longer battles). I do play with other heroes but would rather hone my skills with a hero most others don't use as much; plus I like his hero ability. I'm still putting the final touches on my deck with the new card additions, but it's pretty effective for the most part(40 cards+hero). His ability is good because you can remove cards that have a negative effect on your allies as well as yourself, and your able to remove card buffs linked to the enemy allies/hero as well. Great for keeping some control though battling with priest for the most part aren't quick battles(which I dont mind).

Overall I feel its a pretty effective deck when played right because it can change the pace of a battle as well as control depending on what priest card is used and for the most part they all have pretty good roles(and for cheaper costs).

    - Destroy Arms is a must have to prevent cards like Portal and what ever other card(s) you want to automatically remove from what the competitor has placed. Good for board control.

    - Resurrection for instance brings all your dead allies back and to the top of your deck which is good if you play with less allies and more item cards or if one of your stronger allies have felt defeat.

    - Inner strength is good to stack additional permanent damage(+2) to your ally.

    - Tidal Wave is a great card to completely wipe all opposing allies from the board when/if your overwhelmed and you have either less or no allies on your side. Solid for board control.

    - Healing Touch is good to add HP back to your hero/ally as well as remove status effects and for 3 resources which is pretty cheap for what its worth.

    - Holy shield is decent to have to shield your hero and/or specific ally for a turn.

    - Ice Storm is a good mage type ability that damages all enemy allies for 2 damage.

    - Smite is a cheap skill for 3 damage.

I've spec'd Plague and Curse but I don't find them as useful compared to the other priest cards for the most part. They're way less situational than the others to be honest and I'm not to fond of their negative effects.

As far as Armors/Weapons go, I currently have one of each in my Priest Deck so I have some options in battle:

    - The Kings Pride: Costs 7 but it's a good meat shield when equipped. I like that as long as it's in play, I have +2 attack and +1 HP to all my allies. I'd say it's worth the 7 resources.

    - Cobra Wraps: Meh...Its a card thats really only good as armor. I've used it only once now and its pretty a pretty poor armor compared to others. This is the part where I really wish Priests had more armor cards to choose from; at least a 3rd card.

    - Wizent's staff: It's a decent card for the 4 cost, and the ability to draw a card for 1 but to be honest it hasn't popped up much in battles for me nor put me in a situation where I've had to rely on drawing an additional card.

    - Voice of Winter: I think it's a great control weapon to have. Sure any ally on both sides are initially exhausted for it's initial 2 turns, but it will also give you a chance to make use of your skills cards, whether it be building up your ally with additional strength, removing a card from play, destroying a card, using an attack card, or just having a chance to breath. Highly recommended.

    - Mournblade: A good card when the enemy has a little more control of taking out your allies at the time because it will give you an additional attack. It's helped me out pretty well twice now, but if I could change something it would be to initially come with +1 attack rather than 0. No real complaints though.

    - Wrath of Summer: Costs 5 and has the ability to inflict burn status at 1 damage dealt to enemy per turn. It has 1 attack but no real complaints because of the effect and 4 durability.

As far as allies/human/neutral cards go, thats really up to you and your playing style. If you'd rather play with more heroes and less skill cards, a balance, or less(stronger) allies and more skill cards because you will have to abilities to build on them and resurrect if/when needed...it's up to you. Sorry that I didn't list exactly what I use and the amount of, but this is from my experiences with My Priest Deck(s) and I hope it may help or at least give you some better insight on usage. ;)
