Thanks. I remember when he posted it as the "current" changelog at the time. I was more interested in the final changelog because it seems more may have been added since. :)

I can hear that my heart is humming like a drum...

Gorram! I should have saved up more shadow crystals -- back to "work" now. ;)

In a game w/o interrupts, the game is literally decided by who goes first.

Totally untrue! Instead of interrupts you have buffs to improve your forces during your turn, and protection cards such as Rain Delay to protect you during the enemy's turn.

Our statistics show that for all multiplayer games that have been played in Shadow Era, the player who goes first ends up winning almost exactly 50% of the time. The turn advantage is balanced by an extra card and an extra point of shadow energy for the second player.

Here, I'll correct your statement for you...

Time for another new card preview! Here's a cool new Mage armor (see what I did there?)

    Name: Snow Sapphire
    Casting Cost: 6
    Classes: Warrior, Mage
    Defense: 2
    Durability: 4
Effect: Enemies that attack your Hero are frozen until the end of your next turn.
Flavor: "Frozen beauty, encased in ice..."

Eternal fame and glory go to both Benjee007 and AnAdolt for their suggestions.

That certainly seems like it might get frustrating

Without a time limit per turn it's going to be a disaster update... Where previous leavers will leave open their pc/iPads for ever in order not to lose their ratings....

There is already a time limit. If you don't do anything for a minute you loose. Didn't you know that???

With this new updates, the game can be as complicated as mtg. So it wont be a fast tcg anymore.

What i know about time limit is that currently there is no time limit. The 1 minute is if u lose connection. But if you keep connected (ur internet is on) then leavers can just ignore the game. But if im not wrong, time limit during ur turn will be implemented in this update

That's not right. I have tried it. Even if you are online after one minute of doing nothing you loose. I am talking about online games I don't know about AI. I am sure of it. Try it and see if you don't care for your rating.

Currently the server will end the game if you lose connection or don't do anything for a minute or so. However, the client might not detect it right away in the current version depending what you are doing. This is what has been improved in the next release by adding client-side connection indicators and timeouts.

    Does "Frozen" include freezing abilities?

Key word is "enemies". Skills and abilities do not constitute as "enemies". Unless the hero who uses the ability is frozen - which wouldn't happen as it would just be broken.

So frozen means they can't attack or defend, right?

I think he is referring to whether a frozen 'enemy' (which refers to ally OR hero usually) can still use it's ability if it has one, e.g. plasma behemoth.
