I'm playing an elemental deck with 45 cards. Most people play mage cuz it is the most powerful atm. Why play a hunter or warrior when they are gimped due to lack of weapons/armor?
Another idea: I'm sure I'm not the only only who has accidentaly skipped a turn when allies could still attack. How about a warning that reminds you you still have allies available to attack if you prematurely click the end turn button?
another problem: I've got darkened cards I can't use. I can't read them at all now to even see what class they belong to. It's hard enough to figure this out while they are lit due to the cards being so small. How about leaving the text/class clear if the card is unavailable? Maybe the bottom third lit, top half dark.
it means ur opponent's allies can only attack the protector, not hero or other allies. but ability can still by pass that
Why do some cards do exactly the same thing but cost more? One prevents your allies from being attacked for 2 turns and costs 2. 'cover of night' does the same thing but costs 4?
Guys, I'm working on writing an quick, 1 page, easy to read and follow tutorial for all the newbies. The game is really relatively simple but some of the concepts are foreign. Once you understand the basic concepts, you're all set. Give me a day or so to write it up and I'll post it here and in the SE official forums. Q PS- Kyle, this game DESPERATELY needs in-game chat!!!!
Also don't understand how resources work. I just spent all 7 of my resources on one turn, and on the next it's back up to 7. Shouldn't it be zero?
What the game desperately needs is a good Ipad version. It's really a strain playing it on an itouch.
@IzzyNobre Complaints about Eladwen has been more and more pronounced but Kyle did mention recently Eladwen will probably be nerfed soon. Maybe bumping the cost to 4; but he hasn't decided on the exact nerf. @phattestfatty Regarding trial offers, this post is short but if you still have questions, ask away. @melvin2898, @Shatner's hairpiece Regarding a tutorial, keep tabs on this post. Check out Narziss' tutorial video in there too, it's long but covers alot. Also, if you haven't already done so, brush up on the FAQ and rules page.
Your resources are more like a limit per turn. If you have 7, you can use up to 7 resources a turn. For example, on Turn #1, you have 7 resources and you use 5, you will only have 2 left for that specific turn. Come Turn #2, since you haven't used any resources this turn yet, you can use up to 7 resources again unless you sacrifice and expand the amount of resources you get per turn.
I would love to see some kind of counter that lets me know how many turns specific spells have left (i.e. Freeze). I just got completely mollywhopped in a game because I guessed wrong and it totally turned things.
Well, they have no incentive to post about a free game. With other games they get a commission when they post a link to the App Store, so they make darn sure that they write about any big game releases immediately so that most people will just click on the link and make them money. With a free game they don't get paid, so they can take their sweet time.
@walsh06: No, weapons normally cannot stack. How can your hero have two sets of teeth? The exception is that Amber Rain can in fact use two weapons, as her special ability.
