You are so persistent aren't you, xD I was actually just going to suggest showing both but ok. *Shrugs*
OK, it is page 20.... get too many more posts, and it will be page 21 - then would you be so cruel as to say that the opportunity had slipped???
Note: Card design front and back is mostly a placeholder right now. I sprung for a professional game GUI designer to redo everything! This is the main game playing field, at "cards in play zoom level". The Shadow Mage card was tapped on to view the full card in all its glory HERO: This is your main hero card. The game is over when your hero dies! ALLIES: This row contains allies that you have summoned to battle ITEMS: A hero can not actually attack, until they equip a weapon. Armor can help defend against attacks, and other special items and abilities have differect effects. RESOURCES: The game is different from, say, MTG, in that there are no set resource cards. Each turn you can sacrifice a card to place it face down and turn it into a resource to summon other cards. This greatly adds to the strategy, and less frustration waiting for land cards The game playing field is very responsive, you can zoom in and out, and pan around to view the enemy's cards in play. Obviously, this is the iPad screenshot. The iPhone is similar, just smaller and more dynamic zoom... That's it for today!
I will use one more post to say: No one else post until he shows us the pics! EDIT: LATE! EDIT2: That is cool though.
Yeah Kyle, post it before page 20 get filled up! lol.. (adding 1 post intentionally) EDIT! ^^^^^^ huge screen shot lmao... dang! i used to love playing Yu-Gi-Oh cards (It was extremely, hardcore, popular in Japan).... bring back some memory... spent almost like... 300 bucks on cards at the age of 10... bought whole boxes of cards to get rare cards n' such... bought card protector to protect cards from scratches (because some rare cards were sold at huge $$$)... i had like 5 different decks of cards for different scenarios... i was really crazy lol
The game looks incredible Kyle! Only one screen and it's bursting at the seams with quality. With every update to Wesnoth and every screenshot of Shadow Era you are blowing these other devs out of the water.
It looks amazing! I hope you are planning to remove the signature from the card though, or at least make it less noticeable.
Yeah, Awesome This makes me even more excited! Will buy every card set you release! (You Are going to make new sets after the first release, Right? I Think you answered this already, but cant remember)
