Yesh, I'm not making any friends here today am I. I wasn't specifically referring to this giveaway. I was referring to many other code giveaways in the forum where there have been codes given away without anyone thanking the developer, which is just rude. Sorry for the confusion.
No problem! Sorry, I should have just kept my mouth shut. Trust me. I appreciate anything developers do on these forums. That's the thing that keeps me coming back to TA. The fact that there's so many developers participating here and we can ask questions, give feedback, etc. It's great to talk directly to the people who make the games (notice the number of posts I've made here -- besides reviews and/or PMs with feedback). You'd never be able to get that kind of interaction with developers on other platforms. Only reason I even mention things like this is because I'd like to help a lot of developers get what they want from code giveaways -- feedback and reviews. If I see a giveaway and 'thank you' posts from those who took them, that's what I like to see and don't care how they were given out. Sure I'd like to get a code, but that wasn't my point. My point was to make sure devs are getting the feedback they're seeking and deserve when someone takes a code. You're a great developer so you probably don't need it as much as some of the smaller devs around here. Anyway, please don't take offense to my posts. They're having the opposite effect of what I intended. I'll go into hiding now....
