Is there a way to advertise that an app company is for sale, or willing to merge with another company? How do app companies that want to be bought out find buyers?
There are two major websites that do this https://www.fliptopia.com < Focus only on apps https://flippa.com/apps < Very big for websites and now into buying/selling Apps The apps I sold, anyone interested only cared about the numbers. Buyers want to see you have installs, revenues etc...and usually for 3 months or more that it is constant. I believe if I didn't have all my stuff organized, we may not have sold our apps. You need to know your installs, retention, revenue for every month for the last 1 year. They don't care on cost or development time. Best of luck on selling your app. Cheers, Mukul Mokool Apps
