Just quoted in Steam a ton of old Sega games available in PC version at prices rather low. I don't have the $ prices but the € prices and if I remember well Steam applies the unfair 1$ = 1€.

The highest price is Sonic The Hedgehog, at 4.49 and all other at 2.49, like Golden Axe II, Virtua Fighter 2 or Sword of Vermilion. There's even a pack of 10 at 7.5, ok it's a pack but it means 0.75 for each, a price that remind me something. :)

Ok I don't follow that sort of stuff nor is interested so I don't know if it's a old standard prices or new approach. But the conclusion looks like iprices aren't competitive anymore. I suggest use the cent now. :p
