Yeah it did the same when I said Spoiler Giz was the murderer. Then a scene ensued revealing Giz was the murderer and had poisoned the Count and since all of us were at the dinner table, we were poisoned too and I got a game over screen! And all this time I thought it was a twist. Spoiler Agreed. Although, it kinda hurt when the chandelier fell on me before I had the chance to move and then it killed me. hahaha. I had to start over again from the beginnng of that chapter because I didn't save. Speaking of which, the game needs an autosave feature. I wrote that in in the questionnaire.
Hey Watabou, if you still need help on the living room puzzle, here it is. Spoiler The L and R correspond to the right and left illusions walls. For the first of the 2 numbers count on the walls from left to right, and for the second number go from up to down. So for example, if it was R333, it would be the right wall, the row, and the third column. So just press the buttons in.
Spoiler Hmm okay let me try that because I'm sure I tried that but when I exit out of the left wall after pressing the panel in to go to the right wall, I still get the hint about the blueprint so I thought I did it wrong. Okay nevermind, I'm stupid. I figured it out. I can move on now lol
Anyone solved the basment puzzles? Spoiler I'm currently stuck at the one at the end of the top left passage, when there are two stones with chapter 1 and 2 inscribed on them. I'm at a loss what to do in that room, when I step on those different floor tiles and press the hand icon, I just reappear in the middle. I figured the solution was probably in the sequence of the chapters, but still can't get it right. Otherwise the story is amazing, the multiple personalities ending was totally unexpected
Spoiler First read Chapter one and pay attention to the numbers. You will notice they are out of order. So what you have to do is ignore all of the phrases on the stone and just follow the order of the numbers. Same with Chapter 3. There should be three numbers on Chap.1 and 2 numbers on Chap. 2 The top Left portal is #1. The middle portal is #2 and the right portal is #3.
Wow. Just learned the hard way that there isn't any multitasking feature for this game. I just lost an hours worth of gameplay. EDIT:huh it seems to work now. I don't know why it kicked me out the last time.
I noticed this too, multitasking seems to time out if you open too many other apps or wait too long. Always save.
Spoiler You get it in Chapter 5. When you unlock the lift, take the lift up by pulling up the lever and you will find yourself in a room
The developers are still fixing up alittle things but hopefully should be soon If anybody is curious here are some comments from the beta testers "I love the story so much that I cannot put the game down. At the time of this writing, I am at Chapter 3 and the secrets surrounding the Chateau makes me want to keep playing to find out more." - Watabou "The story is interesting and immersive. The whole package is very appealing to me: detective work, exploring, uncovering hidden objects, etc." - madam_octa "Okay, so I really liked to whole premise of the game. I guess it has elements of a point and click, mystery game, puzzler, riddler, and a few more. All in all, I really like what you guys have created. The story so far has been simply brilliant." Injuwarrior "I honestly loved almost everything about the game. This was the first and only mystery-adventure style of puzzle game on the App Store that encouraged me to play until the end to finish because I wanted to." - ChocoVanilla "The dialogue is also nice and is kind of like playing through a mystery novel!" - Arashi541
I'm at a loss as to where to find the third die, I have Catherine and Giz's. I've talked to Sandra, translated the devil/elder thing, emptied the kitchen, gahhh! Help appreciated! Suz
