Indeed, to a certain extent I worry sometimes about the age of beta testers picked. To deal with something Which does have important legal aspects at the age of say 13-14 is probably something I wouldn't have completely understood myself. Then again someone could have fully done it with intent I guess.
Its a possibility but he was banned months ago and there is no way that he can be pirating betas. Some of his accomplices like kissrocknroll and dexter420(on the user who pirate beta thread) probably snuck in and did it. And i also looked up this "erique555" and some people say he is like 13 years old but i saw his actual Facebook (not the one with the little kid) and he was in his 20s and his profession was Computer technician/hacker. So if you want you could probably take legal actions against him.
A computer hacker!? Now if some one did post the beta on the website then they could be screwed pretty badly
Correct, the age of beta testers is important because they could easily get into a lot of trouble with one small mistake since some of them don't even know how to print off and sign a paper, not pointing this to someone who's having trouble printing it though.
