I hope they fix the sailing game lag. The game is pretty much unplayable on Hard, and is more challenging than it should be on Medium.
Actually you do can complete this quest right away. There's a trick on the way up to Wendy. But i'm not sure it's the dev team's intention trick or it just a loophole i found , so i don't want to speak it out loud (afraid the dev team will fix it ) so just message me if you want to know.
Ohh no, I don't want to wait I have sent to developers and asked them to do something for this. Hope this happens soon!!
Dreadnok told posted here a month ago about sneaking along the cave edges to avoid gnomes. Perhaps that's all that Berookie was referring to. From Jan 9:
Never seen this post from Dreadnok but yes that's the way i did it. And a little more tip (but i'm not sure about this one) ,i have all other 3 crews with me one time and i can't sneak past the gnomes in the fourth cave (before wendy's) so i always have only the warrior and archeologist on the way up to Wendy.
Sorry won't help. Most of the people are waiting and sadly nothing new soon, seems even the promised update of Dora, keeps getting pushed back again, so sad, they are losing players left and right due to delays!
Yeah it is shame but this new update seems to focus on quality of life improvements and making the early more fun. Which I think it is a good direction to good. Honestly seabeard is a board line bad game until you get the warrior, the it is a great game. Before the warrior your daily income at around maybe 1,000 gold a day. Everything at that time cost 2k-4k so you just feel like you are going no where. Just getting the wood vendor takes nearly a week. A lot of people are put off by this and dropped the game when the manor quest came up. Extra income for the early game and putting the warehouse mission before the manor would help newer players stay with the game.
You hit the nail right on the head. The day I got the manor quest, I pretty much quit playing. All I've done since is log in for the daily bonus, knowing that I'll eventually have the required 4k to finish it and hoping that the game will be more fun at some point in the future.
Now won't be put to Tuesday now. These folks don't know how to release updates nor keep players. Again pretty sad!
So, I'm now three weeks in and have won a mask that is odd I guess. And to use clothing I have to keep it in my limited inventory right? So strange. Anyway, three plus weeks in and now after completing all the quests I can I now have to rebuild the manor. Got the lions head, warrior and all quests until Emilia Quickblade now only says to help rebuild. I have a massive stash of 201 coins. I need a bigger ship. I need to rebuild. I need to get a monster parts stall and a house for the person to run it and then hire the person all for unknown amounts of gold. I make maybe 200 gold a day max other than logging in. Does this get any better or should I give up and run away? At this rate it will literally be a couple of months before I do just what I need to above, let alone anything after that. I'd have given up already except I purchased the $2 starter pack and am annoyed I gave them my money now and want some little payoff in enjoyment but so far it is only a non stop grind. Surely it gets better right? Quicker?
Why do you only make so little money? I make about 2000 coins with the fish monger alone. And in the beginning it is a bit slow. It'll get better.
So, I now have all of the new islands (finally) and I am now wondering what to do next: Rudolf tells me to have 4000 coins but on the other island the bridge needs to be repaired. What would be the most-quest-giving thing to do? I mean, what would be most fun when playing this game?
I don't have the patience to log back into the game non stop to keep adding fish to sell. I play on an iPad that I don't carry with me so I usually only have a few minutes in the morning and a couple hours at night were I'm even able to pick up and play a little bit. I also am rarely able to even see daylight, this last week my islands were dark and asleep every single time I tried to play. Hard to get milk and eggs to sell when nothing is awake! Frustrating.
I suggest you have 4,000 coins, then repair the stone bridge. You don't need to rebuild the gate of knowledge immediately.
Yeah, I understand that. I hardly play during the day either since people kinda have to work, right? Supposedly with the new update you can get the farm to close later and so on. Should be easier for you then. Also they where saying that there will be daily tasks with which you can accumulate more money.
