Hi all, I've been playing Seabeard for a couple of weeks now and I am trying to figure out what to invest in, since coins aren't earned that quick (and I have bought coins a couple of times, but i try to limit that). - Fix the manor for 4000 coins - Get a bigger boat (for that Emilia girl) for 3000 coins - Buy a monster parts stall (do the monster parts sell for a good amount of coins?) Also? When does the game open up new islands? I am really looking forward to that!!!
I'm nearly at the same point you are. The manor is what continues the story. Be careful the next quest is raise your prestige by 150. So remove a bunch of furniture before talking to him. Then the next quest is build the fish academy. In 9 hours I'll know what the next quest is.
After you build the fishing academy,you have to build the warehouse. Then Emilia gives a quest to have three taxi quests, then repair the warrior academy, then have warrior lvl 2, then help Alliaster McCubin build the food stall, the woodwork stall, and the monster parts stall. After you do ALL of that you can get the map to the three new islands. They are Sunsoak Lagoon, Whiseman Reef, and Archeon Temple Ruins. Edit: You have to buy a lion figurehead for Emilia, not a new boat. You'll eventually have to buy a new boat for a quest when you have reached the three other islands.
Awesome thank you so much. The lion head is needed after you give Emilia a gnome hand and deliver it. But before you need to do the taxi quest. Well dang it is farther then I hoped. I guess 3 more building and hiring one more salesman isn't too bad.

Master Masks What are everyone's thoughts on the Master Masks as the last daily reward? What's the best one to get? Pros/cons?
I've been trying to find the TreeFinch to complete the Beaks Club Badge. Someone posted that The TreeFinch can be found on sun soak island southeast on Monday mornings. This is the 4th Monday and all I found is the song bird but no TreeFinch. And no TreeFinch on any other day as well. Could there be a glitch? I've completed the animals.. Just wanting to complete the BEAKs now. Anyone experiencing the same?
I'm one day away from getting the one of the masks. I'm going for the fishing mask. I'll post impressions when I have time. Unless other people do.
I am one day away too. I think everyone is, right? Since I am pretty sure I have been collecting daily rewards since that upgrade. I was considering the Plants mask. Unless I really play all day long and constantly check the fish stall, I *usually* always have at least two fish to catch and sell. I find myself needing more trees to shake or bushes to throw. Those only respawn every 12ish hours compared to fish every 6 hours? I am still fairly early in the game, so I don't have a monster stall yet, so I can't really comment on the mask.
You find the tree finch on mornings IN THE RAIN at Sunsoak lagoon. I am done with the beaks challenge and I only have a porcupine to go for the land animal challenge. Any ideas where a porcupine is?lets do a swap, I'll help you with beaks, you help me with land animal (porcupine). By the way, a tree finch is yellow and green, so I'm sure you'll spot it easily.��
I don't know. I usually have enough fish to sell and catch before they respawn. Maybe Bushes and trees because I shake 'em a lot. Also, at my level before hiring the archaeologist, monsters spawn pretty unfrequently so I am considering monsters and plants/bushes.Please someone help me choose this before my daily reward at midnight+
Yes I am considering plants/bushes as well, since I have the same experience with the fish. I am not to the monster levels yet, so I only know what I have read in the forums.
Unable to build library? I am currently making scaretues for Cornelius and have no other quests. It says I can't build the library yet, but I have built the fish fountain. There are no plans at the architect's, I have the antiques and monster stalls with their traders. Rudolph just keeps telling me to keep buying furniture etc. Emilia just asks how my warrior is doing. And Alistair says to come back when I can make safe passage to Ironblack City. I even bought the paddlewheel boat. I feel like maybe I missed something? It keeps saying Etta can be leveled up in the library, but I cannot make it for her yet. Any thoughts?
I checked on Saturday night in the rain it wasn't there. By the way you will probably have to complete Cornelius.
I guess I missed the memo about Master Masks. I thought they were just cosmetic. If I had known they had in-game effects, I definitely would've picked the one that makes monsters respawn more quickly. Anything to get more rock golems. Feeling kind of gypped... :\

Main quests: Have Monster Parts Stall, Purchase Lion Figurehead (I just haven't done this one yet, as I was saving coins for major construction projects), Repair Fishing Academy. I didn't really know what I was doing when I started the game, so I didn't build the Warehouse first. After many many MANY medium and hard sailing quests, I finally got an explosive barrel so I could place the blueprint, so I am really working on the warehouse before any of the other main quests. I am thinking I can do plants/bushes this time, and by the time the next one rolls around, I can get the Monsters mask? The only thing is... the fish mask may be helpful at night when you need more stonefish?
