I I always try to have a grog sitting in the "grog-maker". Especially since it is right next to the Remaker. Another day has gone by without getting an exploding barrel. I'm headed towards 2 weeks now being stuck in the game. Im stockpiling tree removers though.
It is tempting. I'm not sure what else to do an upgrade of instead. Sure fish monger lets me sell 3 fish at time. But I can just hang on to fish until there is room, as well as food, wood, or whatever. And I keep a pretty good stock pile of building material as well. By the time I buy blueprint I have 95% of the items needed. The only other tempting pearl purchase left is a pet. Edit: the pearl furniture is pretty awesome. I want a throne and crown.
Woww YESSS amazing I shall upgrade it Side note where is the museum I can put my archeologist findings at? It's rlly bothering me because idk if I should keep my findings or what
Hoping for a barrel each time one does a run can be awfully discouraging. But if you know you will get a barrel with 100 runs and you count them down, every miss is one run closer to a win. If the exploding barrel is the sole limiting factor keeping you for moving forward, here's a suggestion. Throw ALL your resources into getting that barrel. Spend a couple of days throwing all your fish, cooked food, etc into the ReMaker with the aim to do a total of 100 runs (value 100+). When I did 130 runs I got 6 barrels. You might end up doing 30 or 40 without getting a barrel, but I guarantee if you do 100 you will get a barrel. Good luck!
Rock in larona? so. Has anyone figured out what's the use of the rock in larona village? on the beach in the east?
It used to accept the mystery package from the smuggling missions. Too many people couldn't figure that out so they added the person with shades and made the rock do nothing.
I too would be interested in an answer to this. I took the archaeologist up to level 2 a couple of days ago, and I haven't noticed a difference. Also, so everyone knows, when you send your archaeologist to school not only can you understandably not pick up mud clods, but you also can't process the mud clods you already have at Whiseman Reef. Editing to add that the fisher maxes out at level 5. I assume all the crew do.
The rock will come into play when the next update happens, it's actually someone in disguise as you're told that you'll need a disguise to go to Doza
Perhaps the odds of high quality stuff from digs goes up with a higher level archaeologist. Doesn't the quality/rate of drops go up for the warrior with higher level? Leveling the archaeologist up sure is a slog. 50 hours just to get to level 2. I imagine that must double to get to 3, which seems pretty awful. I have a suggestion for the developers; would you please consider changing the monster respawn rate to 11 hours from the current 12 hour timer? It would be really helpful to be able to move the spawn time back a bit from cycle to cycle so that if I only manage to get at my battles at 11:40pm on one night, then instead of the time always falling at 11:40am/pm, unless I lapse an evenings battles to reset the time to a more manageable hour, then it could be moving back an hour on the next spawn to 10:40 etc. I hope this makes sense, it would allow us to more flexibly choose our battle times to suit available play time without breaking game balance.
I love this idea! It seems reasonable (i.e. it would still keep the game in balance) and it would sure make life easier for those of us who want to do twice daily monster wrangling. I have stayed up too late more times than I would like to admit just to wait for my later-creeping monster respawns.
I finally got my barrel two days ago. And yes I did throw everything I had at the Remaker. It took a while but now I have a nice pile of Tree Removers for all my hard work. Working on making one more Red Paint and then my Warrior House construction begins!
Okay, someone please tell me that I can discard unwanted mud clods somehow. I have been collecting them to feed into the identifier only to see that I cannot discard them! They just display their name and no trash icon when tapped. Also they can't be used in the ReMaker. They are eating 19 of my storage slots now! Help! Also, for the developers: Wendy Burlap's photo quests are no longer supplying any rewards. No XP or item/coins.
I've also upgraded my warehouse twice, definitely worth it. I like that the warehouse upgrades go 50 > 100 > 150 pearls. I used my first 50 pearls to upgrade my inventory (which is pretty much essential), which wasn't too bad given the 40 pearls you start with. I bought the holiday pack of pearls, coins and pointless outfit (which went in the remaker, lol) so I was able to get the first warehouse upgrade and well on the way to the second. Bit annoying that the second inventory upgrade costs 150 pearls, though. The warehouse upgrades are by far the better route. Generally speaking I dislike freemium IAP in games, but if I enjoy a game enough I purchase something to show my appreciation. I thought the holiday pack was a pretty decent deal in that respect. Out of curiosity I had a look at the store today and I was disappointed to see that now the holiday pack offer is gone, all the IAP seems to be ridiculously poor value. They have a pack of 300 coins for 79p... 300 coins! Takes hardly any time at all to earn that much by playing!
Is it worth it to use pearls to open the gnome chests or should I only open them if I get a key? What's everyone's personal opinion on these chests?
I have a lost object quest that I cannot complete. The mission for the lost toy unicorn is checked off and ready to turn in, but I cannot find the toy and it is not in my inventory. The mission has been stuck like this for weeks. Is there any way to cancel this mission or restart it somehow?
