Hi All, New to this game - bought at 8AM today and now currently 23:47. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the 'smuggling' missions for me? I've just been told by Emilie Quicksword or whatever her name is, the blasted woman annoyed me by sending me on seemingly pointless quests all the time. However, this time she says to visit Seadog Cove to do a smuggling missions which is only available at night. I've noticed night starts at 8PM. So therefore I was expecting it to be a simple, drop in, accept it, do it and be along my way. Then I discovered that the 'shady' individual who is in the tavern, just tells me his business begins at night. Leaving me with the only option of yelling at my phone that it is nighttime and so I should get the quest. (Mind you, when yelling more curse words were present..) So, my question is: Is the smuggling quests completely random? As in, will I just have to wait for him to decide to give me the quest? Or is there something I have to do
Yeah, smuggling quests are random. Sea dog cove is mentioned as a good place to find them, not a guaranteed place. When you're playing at night, just tap on everyone you come by. I've picked up some smuggling quests from people that don't have the usual green ! over their head.
Smuggling quests are only appear in Seadog Cove, by 3 NPC (2 outside, and the blackman in the house). You only have to go around and notice if they have the green (!) or not.
Haha, "started playing this game, bogged down by random quests, and this time it can only be done at night/ by random luck / requires a super rare item etc." welcome to seabeard.
Multiplayer help I've read a few blurbs that suggest "adventuring with your friends" is possible in Seabeard. My wife & I have connected via Gamecenter, and I see her "island" in the water, but thus far, it's been simply "visit friends island", and when visiting, she is simply represented by an automaton; not controlled by she. Can't find a way to trade, either. My question is, is there actually live multiplayer, and if not, how is trading, etc. handled at all? Just what is the extent of "multiplayer"? Was the "adventure with friends" boast just a lot of spin? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
As of now, the only multiplayer to the game is visiting each other's island and selling/buying clothing/furniture in the Swap shop.
Have you tried playing the other sailing games? Cause as far as I know, if you don't play em they wont change.
Ok, yesterday ovserved how many med/hard games could occur in one run. I skipped island to island at least 10 times in a row, and searched other route options, and in the end I had "1" hard game over 50 possibility. Getting insane...
I went for crew house first as it meant that I could explore the mines with my warrior. Also consider getting the warehouse, I got that a few days ago and it's completely changed the game for me.
Pretty disappointed after buying the warehouse and finding out I have to get supplies to actually build it. Haven't seen any stonefish for 2 days.
No there are no blueprints, the warrior academy is just a number of different tasks you need to do in order to have the warrior on your island, just keep on getting space and crew houses and you will get there, it is a bit misleading how it says warrior academy.
Hi guys, is there anyone i can add to my game so i can visit your islands and visa versa, i dont have anyone yet so would appreciate as many people as possible, also how do i actually add someone to the game? Thanks
"Speak friend and enter" thou hast gotten my attention and I shall befriend thee You need to add friends through game center and you'll see friends who are playing on the map, at some point in the game you'll be able to visit them. what's you GC name ....friend?
