I'm looking to buy the warehouse plans. Where on earth would I find a plot of land big enough to put it on? Would i have to clean 2 of the smaller plots in front of the manor? Also what materials does it require so I can save them up. Thanks!
Really been enjoying this game, but how come it doesn't have notifications? Will it be in a future update?
Yes it does it's asked me do I want notification turn on, but it's only done it on my iPhone 5s not my iPad Air 2
Any chance the event items will make a come-back after their current event is over? I'm fine with the timers, but limited edition items bother me. =/
now i reached the point ill need 1800 coins for the warehouse, and two other main quest lines requesting me to build stuffs that cost 2500 and 4000 respectively. Now I'm really feeling the grind...
know what this game shares with godus, beside the iaps? the same fate! a good game is collecting dust in the shelve of the appstore. possibly a handful of people will regularly play it. enough to justify the efforts that went into the game? im not sure. but im sure how to rate games that try to pull out the money out of our youngsters pockets. regards!
Amen! What a total dissapointment and waste of time this potentially great game has turned out to be I miss the days when you could play games like harvest moon and actually enjoy slowly building your empire
If more and more people bought games instead of waiting for price drops, getting promo codes etc then i'm sure we'll get less and less freemium games. But devs work hard and need money, if freemium makes way more money than premium sales then its obvious you would go with a freemium game. If you were a dev and released a premium game and made say $1000 you would be disappointed, make it freemium and make $10,000 for example and you start to realise what works and what doesnt. Devs arent stupid, if there was no money to make with freemium they wouldnt do it and would go premium priced instead. You want less freemium games ? Then buy apps (not meaning just you !) when they're released instead of people saying 'can i have 20 opinions before i decide whether to spend $1 on this game....) Look at the dev who have bowed out of iOS development recently due to lack of sales, i'm sure all the vultures will happily download that game free of charge now. Devs are a business, they need to make money and not go out of business if they spend a year + on a game and then dont make enought money as too many people wait for a price drop or moan if a games $4. I believe 'we' created freemium as too many people just wait for freebies all the time or price drops. If these 'youngsters' bought games then there wouldnt be so much freemium
I have grown tired of trying to explain why dev used certain business strategies to those "not in the scene". The more entitled and self-righteous they come off as, the less I would concern myself with them (or what they have to say). The more you try to explain yourself, the more you try to convince them, the more you will realize your efforts are futile. Piss yourself off and that's what happen to some devs, they'll just up and go. Piss off all the little guys, the indies, and all these "consumers" will be left with the big boys and their even more bloodthirsty business models, or the wannabes and their ever-clones (if they have anything left to clone at all after the small guys leave) But i digress, Seabeard has managed to keep me occupied for a total playtime of a few good hours thus far, backflip and hand circus already deserve my money for the game. I'm willing to pay a dollar for newspaper filled with adverts, I'm willing to pay 10 dollars for a 90minutes movie, I definitely will pay for a game that gave me hours of playtime.
You need one big square plot that might need to be cleared of any roots or rooks on them 4 Wood plank 1 Sawdust 1 Purple paint 4 StoneFish find them at night or early morning
Repair Fishing Academy 3 Rockfish 4 Planks 1 Red paint 1 Yellow Paint Leave SeaBread Manor of last if there's anything else to do
If anyone hasn't yet played this, let me explain the premise with a simple analogy. It is made by the once pretty decent hand circus. Time away from the scene has jaded them, now the circus needs money so the guys have to pull back together again. The circus is back in town and it is full of clowns (nobody else came back) Once the show starts, the clowns demand money before they perform any tricks. Once The crowd begrudgingly cooperates They make you wait a hell of a long time while they set their trick up. Once they are finally ready, the grand trick is - that they ask for more money. Voila. Shows over.
Server is glitchy again this morning. If the dev can't fix this or offer an offline mode ASAP, they're going to lose a lot of players.
