That sounds good to me, kind of like an all round marketplace.

I'm glad to hear your considering the quest markers it would be greatly helpful.

Everything else sounds good too, looking forward to seeing what you do with it, I'm currently working on my warehouse as I've seen people say it really helps.

Hello, and thanks for giving us this amazing game on IOS.

I just wanted to share a few things that I think would make great additions to the game and might help with other frustrations some users might be having.

I thought it would be a nice idea to make it possible to see where quests are available on the main map. I find it frustrating to have to waste energy going from island to island and being disappointed that their are no quests available on any of the islands. My idea was to split the guest bar into two parts the first part can be like it is (quests that are being completed). Then have a second list that follows, which shows quests that are available but not started yet. It could show which locations to find them, so that we aren't wasting energy looking around for them.

Another frustration for me, is how slow the quests refresh. I love this game, and would like to be able to play it for hours sometimes. It takes me about 20 minutes to complete about 5 quests, then I have nothing left to do for hours upon hours until new quests come. The game needs something for us to be able to do so we don't have to leave the game until more quests are available. My inventory is constantly full and that's with a fully upgraded storage. So I can't do that, I just feel like we need more quests available.

Now I know that having more quests will make getting more gold and export. So what if you bring down rewards a bit and give us faster refresh rates on the quests? This will also allow us to complete other quests. The taxi quest is agonizing. I only see 1 person at the taxi areas a day. 3 days to fullfill a quest is a bit ridiculous. I'm basically stuck until that is done.

My last concern is how only certain costumes fit certain characters. That bothers me because I have all these costumes and I can't put them on any of my characters. I think all costumes should be able to go on all characters.

Those are just some ideas I had. Not sure how other people will feel but I really would love to be able to play this game and not have to wait hours to be able to do more quests.

Anyone know the respawn rates of fish? Two nights in a row there hasn't been any stonefish and I need 6 more. Fished everything else empty but I'm wasting energy repeatly checking.

quite enjoying this game, seems like a good balance and the extra energy has definitely helped. I am very early in the game though; doing the fighting region and food stall quests at the mo.

If anyone wants to add me on GC to visit etc... i am MES.82

Omg please consider editing the animal costumes ears. I understand how your trying to work the costume around the ears of the characters but it is really not looking good. When the characters are wearing the costumes, they should look like they do on the main character. Like normal animal ears. The way it looks now, you can barely tell what kind of animal the characters are wearing. It really doesn't make me want to buy the animal costumes and those are the ones I was most looking forward to.

Yeah if like to second this question. There's nowhere to check that I can see. I need a golden something and two have already broke my line. So I keep wasting fuel and at the early stage in the game I'm worried there will be times when you just out and out can't play because some timers need adjusted.

There should never be a game you can't play. I understand the level of detail and complexity in the trading mechanics extend to fuel. But I'm stuck on the only island that Has the fish I need and it has none, for another 20 mins. Whatever happened to sitting down to have a solid session of a game. I could spend hours a day on this game. It's incredible. Even if I had to wait for fish to respawn I'd like to be able to go from island to island pottering about.

Note to the devs: how about bronze chest gives you coin, silver gives you item and gold gets you one fuel for your boat? In the early game, "special items" don't feel all that special when you can't do much with them yet.

Pick-your-veg says the house are 6am and 8pm, well someone better call the boss because it's 6:40am game time and someone didn't show up for work and I need corn for yellow paint.

Also, some of the sailing games are literally impossible to get gold on and that is such effing BS it makes my blood boil. It passes itself off as a game of skill, but when there are 3 obstacles side by side blocking the whole lane then it is impossible to avoid and since I can't proceed until I win some barrels of explosives it is pretty shitty to give me games I can't win prizes in.

That is in fast lane (hard), possibly dangerous waters, and target practice is pretty cheap sometimes too with targets being offscreen or behind the arch at the end where you literally can't hit.

It's totally unfair -- just my opinion. When I am engaging more with the business model than the game (when do I spend $, how do I get the highest value, resisting the urge to speed up progress), I have less fun. Your comments about this being the most (and perhaps only) viable business model on the app store are quite valid though.

These games are sort of like high-speed trading: way too much effort is being spent on something which will be effective until halted by law (or in this case app store policy). In 5-10 years I suspect the landscape will be quite different and this will be seen as a bygone era (dark or otherwise!).

Game issue: when playing the sailing mini games (iPad Retina Mini 1, iOS 8.1), there is a "skip" in the animation where the game hiccups, right before the targets and/or obstacles. This is severe enough to make it difficult to complete - targets will vanish before I can shoot them, etc. It seems to happen every time; on Easy it's not a problem, but on Medium it guarantees I can't complete without mistakes.

Thanks, we've had a few reports of hiccups in sailing mini-games causing issues and making them hard to complete. We're aiming to get this resolved at before global launch.

That's strange - would you be able to look at the in-game time (it appears when you arrive at each island at the bottom) and see if that reflects your real-world time?

Thanks for the feedback about issues with the sailing minigames too - we'll do another pass to try to prevent any unfair scenarios happening.

Its the in game time I was talking about. Game time was 7am before the store opened. (Also, I think was 7am real time too)

    *edit*
Yup game time = local time on my phone.

I find the fishing mini game to be quite frustrating at times. I catch about 50-70% of the fish, which wouldn't be half bad if It didn't feel like it was impossible to catch the ones I missed Or is there some secret strategy I just didn't find?

I actually dont mind this as long as the catch rate is like 60-80%, its okay for some to get away sometimes :)

what I would really like is a small chance (like 2-5% chance) of catching pearls or other rare items that sell for lots of gold. make fishing more exciting

I'll start with a few bugs the first being I completed a quest to hand over a fish, I did so and got no reward at all, it popped up saying quest complete but nothing happened.

There are also times when I pick a berry bush and get a berry first, other times I throw the bush out of the way and a berry is left behind.

Fishing also sometimes is very frustrating as a fish can be near the win line then just pull all the way back and you lose and there's nothing you can do even if you do it properly, it always happens and happened 4 times in a row for me today!!

I agree that mini games above easy are completely out of whack and are never normal or hard they are insane, I have no idea what kind of ninjas you had testing these mini games on hard but for us simple folk....also they are very unforgiving, you can hit 67/68 targets and still only get silver.

The energy at the moment seems about right but I hear there will be more island unlocked as I progress so will likely become an issue again. I don't see why you can't remove it while everything else is on timers anyway.

I also sometimes get quests to find items, today I had two for larona and upon visiting there was nothing, I had to wait until the bushes respawned and apple trees until I could get the items.

Finally I work nights and sleep most of the day so I miss out a lot with the chickens and cows, you may want to give some thought to night workers. I thought it would balance out being that stone fish are at night and worth more, yet 99% of my fish are all ruby fish. Not a single stone fish in two nights now and like I said I'm up all night until about 7-9am ish

I also noticed the no reward issue with some quests.

I think that if you don't pick up something from a bush (worm, berries, etc) it'll stay until you do pick it up. That means that if you leave a berry and the bush grows back, the berry will simply be hidden behind the bush, so when you go to pick it up your character will pick the berry that's already been "extracted" first, and then pick up the bush, which may or may not spawn another berry. I hope that makes sense, it's happened to me but only when I left an item behind because I didn't have enough room.

As for fishing, when the fish starts pulling away and you can tell it's not gonna stop, try reeling it in for a split second at a time, it usually stops the fish from swimming away and you can then reel it in further. If it starts pulling away again just give it another nudge. Just don't overdo it because I think there's a time limit on how long you can reel it in while its trying to escape, but it won't snap your line right away.

    Hope this helps!

I don't mind the timers. I don't mind the energy.

But it is going to take ages to get 500 coins to build the house for my food stall guy to live in :(

Any tips to get more coins? I am doing tasks and selling fish...

That's all you can do really and the sad news is the food stall barely boosts your income. For me at least it's pretty useless most things are worth very little or take a while to craft. Nothing like selling fish, milk and eggs aren't too bad.

Oh also for the devs from my last post, mini games stutter a lot too and I'm on a 5s

If that's true I hope the tweak for it resolves this. It's one of the first real things you do in the game and if it's not fairly simple to complete and gove the user some real satisfaction of completing a big task then they are just gonna walk away...
