    Awesome! I got - X69KKJ9E66YK

I love any artistic app, and this looks pretty cool! I'll be sure to leave a review after I've had time to test it out....

    Thanks!

  4. Grabbed 6HWFLJNFWP43, thanks! This looks like a NURBS type sculture app, which is probably well suited to a touchscreen. Cool. :)

Sadly the codes have all been used up. Still, the app does look quite interesting, closest thing it looks like is a super low poly ZBrush, without rendering of course. Might pick it up to see how it compares to PC Organic modeling apps. Money allowing.

    Video here: http://vimeo.com/5761958

Looks promising! I was thinking it would be cool to make just a pottery/throwing toy for iPhone, but this looks to be full 3D control. Even better!

Export to some common 3D format would be cool so I could carry forward with LightWave :)

I was just about to post url to the video but you got first :) Seems there is demand for proper 3D export, so likely it gets added in future updates.

That would be an instant purchase for me then. Either .3DS or .OBJ support would probably be best, as all the 3D Programs I've ever used in my work have support for the 2 common formats.

Just out of curiosity, how high a Poly count can this app support?

Yeah .3DS or maybe COLLADA is what I was thinking. Resolution of the working space is currently limited to such that max poly count will be around ~50k in extreme cases (tessellation is uniform).

Now that I have had time to do some research, looks like .obj is the way to go for first supported format after all, so your wish should come true in a few weeks :)

That video of it does look cool. Can you export the models? and if so what formats.

I left a review. A very cool app!

The type of modeling has limitations (of course) but it's very intuitive to use and performs very quickly on my 3G. Obj export will be awesome!

Somehow I thought pinch zooming would be a future update, but it's working already--cool :)

    Just two feature suggestions:

    1. Offer some kind of visual color picker (although the current RGB sliders are also useful to have).

    2. Offer visual feedback for the brush size: at least a circle that grows/shrinks. Maybe even show a mini-thumbnail of your model next to the bush size circle, so you could judge what size to try.

Bottom line: definitely worth $3! And that's just as a toy or 3D "sketchpad." But in future, for some of us, it could even help rapid-prototype 3D stuff that goes into desktop apps. Then it might become a very handy productivity tool.

(It already has some non-fun practical value because you can export images from it.)

Imagine, say, 3 years ago (before the iPhone) if some company had made a little touchscreen companion for your desktop 3D station, where you could use multitouch to model and paint rough prototypes. Every 3D artist would have drooled over it, and no matter what the limitations it would not have cost any $3 :D Now we have that... in our pockets!
