I can get behind #1... But #2?? No. This is based on a classic board game. It's like wanting a different board with Life, or the original Monopoly. It's not the best game in the world, but it is a classic taste of nostalgia and even so, it's still one heck of a game. There are some similar games of this style that may see a port, but I think adding other maps to this would take away from the honesty of the game.
But it's been done. Look at the four-year-old Nintendo version. With an exemplary clearly laid out screen design for the small NDS touchscreen, much more playerfriendly than the iPhone version. And a better A.I. See my first post on page 1.

This is one of the good examples of games that are updated to support 64 bit unexpectedly,I'm suggesting you to already start buying 32 bit apps but we still have time until August.
