    Of course it's the dev that would end up with all the trouble when it's discovered too. Apart from having to refund *all* the money from the fraudulent sales to Apple, they'd be the ones getting the visit from the FBI or Scotland Yard.

    It's a pretty typical tactic for this type of fraudster to use a middleman who'll take the fall when it gets discovered. Otherwise they'd simply set themselves up as iPhone devs, write a sound button app and get all the money.
