Didn't know this went for $0.99 - one cent... Just bought the game. I hope it is better than the first game, especially with the controls.
How this people gonna make money for living and making better games I dont know. Its very good game WELL WORTH full price(f..in chemical sandwich for lunch cost more).
Sure you can. It's the law of quantity. If enough people buy your game you'll earn millions. If not, better luck next time. See, the market always dictates itself and corrects for over-inflation and overheating. It's a good game and will sell for a buck - just not a buck ninety nine.
I know what you mean, market definition is clear and simple. But we were not talking about games, which are easy to develop, in short time, with low cost budget and should cost 0.99 usd or less. I know, that its good for buyers that app store is a little bit corrupted and everything should cost 0.99USD to attract people.. But for developer its pain to see your beautiful game, on which you spent a lot of time to sell less then sandwich (created in 10 minutes) or not sell because it cost 2.99 USD Anyway It would be interesting to see if Real Racing 2 will be in profit, because 2 million dollars is really huge budget for iOS game.. If this game will not be in profit or some other big titles, then you should not expect AAA games for some time... I bet that developers watching their battle against 0.99 titles and sales Best Regards
Fun game. I was playing through the first Samurai game and thought it was getting a bit repetative. And I know there's some on this thread that didn't like the change away from the finger slashing. Honestly, however, I'm having more fun using the buttons. I find finger slashing to often not register as I intend and that can get frustrating. Was going to wait to finish the first one, but with the sale, bought it and it's miles better than the first IMO. Maybe someday I'll go back and finish the first.
I bought the game back at full price and don't regret it, but EA's Battlefield seems to be doing very well at .99. The app store much like selling retail games is like flipping a coin. I am also curious how much this game has sold and how much it costs to make. It seems now that all sequels don't get near as many ratings on iTunes, so I've been wondering whether people are just rating less often now or games aren't selling as good.
Number of sold copies are better then the first. But dont forget that Sam I was for free for several ... And devoloping Samurai II was more expensive
how does this run on an ipod touch 3rd gen? not sure if i should get this its either get illusia or queens crown for 2.99 or get 3 .99 games like nfs, this and maybe heroes lore?
I went to go buy the game just now and although it shows the sale ends tomorrow it's price is at 4.99???? Was really looking forward to buying this
