Critically acclaimed on PC, by the makers of Botanicula and Machinarium, it's a gorgeous tale that's way cheaper than on Steam and still an amazing journey. skylined87 Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2014 457 0 16 #3 skylined87, Sep 1, 2016 Holy crap this looks amazing! diffusion8r Well-Known Member Dec 21, 2008 1,648 2 0 Termina #4 diffusion8r, Sep 1, 2016 $20 on Steam which makes $5 on iOS seem pretty ridiculous. Or you could be right, it's just so engrossing no one has had time to share their thoughts yet haha AppUnwrapper Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2011 4,062 3 0 http://www.appunwrapper.com/escape-games/ #7 AppUnwrapper, Sep 1, 2016 I have no nostalgic attachment to Lumines (never played it before) and not really a fan of rhythm games. I have been waiting for this one, though, so definitely takes priority for me. But yeah, there does seem to be a lot of hype over Lumines. Their games can be insanely cryptic. I recall playing Machinarium back in the day and my ex getting incredibly frustrated with how hard I found it. killercow Well-Known Member Apr 8, 2009 3,784 2 38 https://twitter.com/killercow #19 killercow, Sep 1, 2016 Machinarium was incredibly hard but Botanicula flowed much better and was quite easy. This one's supposed to be a bit more like the latter. And Botanicula was such a masterpiece. I enjoyed what I played of it, but quit because I got tired of fighting the controls. Never had the time to go back to it on my iPad, but I thought this might make me want to. Kind of having the opposite effect. :/ Does the game expect you to have played the first two in the series? Like, would it have been less confusing then? (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
