All of a sudden iTunes Connect is showing me zero sales for certain days. These days were previously populated and I know for certain I had sales on those days. Anybody else experiencing this?
Hello, same issue here : all past days i had several sales for my app. And, suddenly, almost each days have no sales and no sales report.
Same issue! I just find the sales record manipulated and come here immediately to see if there are same cases! Most of the daily sale records are changed to zero, and others are chopped by half or something.
I have the same question to ask: has anyone experienced this before? This is credit crisis. If Apple can give false sales reports, how can we believe he wouldn't do it intentionally? Is there any mechanism prevent this?
Thank god for touch arcade forums. I woke up this morning and thought that perhaps I was mistaken and that my app hadn't been selling ... at all. Brief sigh of relief. No onto panic about what it actually means. k
Datas and reports have come back for me. No issues. It's still annoying because how could we believe Apple if such problems occurs ?
