Does this sequel explain what all the customizations do? Such as how it effects acceleration,top speed & grip etc? Not being a petrol head,in the 1st game i felt at a disadvantage on the time trials.Because i hadn't a clue what each setting did. Very tempted now it's compatiable with IOS 8.
Yup, there is a nice button next to each setting that pops up a prompt telling you what it does. Which reminds me, you can easily set the suspension up to massively oversteer if you like that oversteer feeling. I end up fish tailing all over the place though as my thumbs are not quick enough!
Haha.True,but i've bought a lot of choccy bars the last couple of weeks & haven't even started to get stuck into some of them. Will by this for sure later today.Will always support quality premium titles.
ok this is officially the best racing game for ios. The analog throttle on controller is something I thought isn't possible on ios since it doesn't work in san andreas. I secretly hoped for it in this game and boom it's there. I love it!

I don't know if that has been mentioned before but this game has iCloud sync and it works. Looks good on Apple TV 4 as well. I prefer tilt controls on iPads and they are perfect. That's great news. We (some buddies and me) are enjoying local multiplayer A LOT. Two (or more, up to eight I believe) iOS devices in the same raceperfect sync! Rock solid for hours, days and weeks in Asphalt or other games. Try that out as soon as possible it's one of the best iOS gaming experiences!!! Put some of your comrades on the same sofa and start drifting and sliding! Setup ready within three seconds. No cables. That's exactly right. Tailor-made for casual gamers. For the hardcore racers among us. Flawless. Can't await that. Will have more time for games in June.
I've just had an email to let me know there are some "bugs" with the released version, but they don't outline what they are, has anyone had any bugs themselves that spring to mind?
Tried Rush Rally 2 version 1.01 right now on iPad Pro (9.7" + 12.9" 256GB Cellular) under iOS 9.3.1 (one track each in Argentina Championship with the BMW Mini). Everything seems to be okili dokili. iCloud syncs perfect the both devices.
its a bit of iCloud, but also if you are connected to Gamecenter/Facebook all your times are saved anyway
Hi, I just created an account here at toucharcade to comment on this game. I already had bought the original Rush Rally and I loved it. But RR2 is even better ! I am playing on an iPad Mini 2, I did the "autodetect" graphics settings but I chose to switch details from medium to low, I find that graphically it does not make a bit difference but it seems to be more fluid (may be it is just an impression...). I am playing with the bonnet camera and tilt controls. The handling is great (so far I have only driven the Lancia Delta), the stages are well designed (not to short, not too long), I love the changes in elevation and the bumps. So I am loving the game, but I would like to share the few areas where I think it could be improved. - In championship mode I would love to have the relative time difference with the first time when I cross the checkpoints (with a little sound when i pass the checkpoint), to know if I am in front of behind : ex: -0:01:245 - the copilot voice is not sounding great on my iPad mini (but the sound is not good on this device) So thanks Brownmonster for this great game and for your presence here in the forums. I hope that Rush Rally 2 does well sales-wise, it seems to be doing good, currently it is n°7 in global paid apps in the french appstore ! Congrats !

Cheers fella, The co driver is muffled anyway, I probably needs re-doing. Championship mode thing sounds easy enough to do so i'll add it to the list. Someone has requested a "hardcode" mode where you play the championship thorugh and cannot retry at all too!!! Thanks for creating an account JUST to post, that means a lot too!

I finally just started playing. I just want to say holy shit! I have the original and man alive there's no comparison. When the dev said he worked on the on screen controls he wasn't kidding. I'm so happy I can't even explain it. This game is simply kick ass. It's worth way more than $4. If you love racing games you freaken want this one! It's worth the money hands down! Amazing!! This has my stamp of approval and both thumbs up. Add a toe as well lol Billy
