Cheers fella, I'm hoping to add a "bonus" 7th event to the championship/time trial calendar tonight. If it works out well I think it will get a lot more people excited about the game, no guarantees though but I can tell you it is 12.42 miles long.
Nice pun! no promises though, it works at the moment, butthe art is a little boring for it so it may just be a bit "boring" to play...
Once above the tree line I guess there's not much more but track and sky, but in some ways that is part of the allure of the place. Fingers crossed it gets added..
Nah, if it is the PP course the aesthetics would be secondary for me to the challenge of chewing the mountain up!!!!!!
So it runs at 60fps and takes 15seconds to load on my Samsung S6 (not tried it on ios yet!). Things are looking good. The only problem is I can't get the view distance set to > 3000m without it slowing down so the distant mountain cannot be seen from the start line The artwork isn't the final art, I just took a screen shot whilst messing about with it.
its set as the "finale" of the championship which fits quite nice too. Just need to get this subbed now, wasn't expecting to add this but I think it will market better with it. Pikes Peak, 60fps, Hd on mobile, who would have thought it (All in < 70Mb download!) The Power of Rush Engine
I'm really happy someone is making a Rally game, i'm a big fan of Rally Racing games. Instant buy for me you have got my support, keep it up.
A couple more sneaky previews zoomed out of pikes pike. It's really fun to drive. Thanks to all for pushing me to include it. All the other tracks are now a bit simple in comparison, but I can always do more after release if it does well!
I gotta say, its a great finale to work up to, but outlines how similar the first 6 countries are in their feel. I need to draw the line so the tracks will stay as they are, but it would be nice to add more hill climbs long term!
Just raced Pikes Peak on Dirt Rally PS4. Cannot wait for it in Rush Rally 2! Going to be awesome. Quick question.. Are you doing the Tarmac "modern" version, the gravel, or both?
