Finally had a chance to run the latest build. Plays buttery smooth on my 6s+. Last build I was getting consistent crashes on last stage of rally cross if memory serves. I've been just running reg rallies so far so I can't say if the problem persists. Will get back to you on that one. Just started using the bonnet cam and damn it's so sweet. Scenery blistering by. I usually like a full in car cam but the bonnet rocks hard!
Dev, I figured out that every time I use mino copper to play on stage Spain. It went black screen on random stage. Not just only on stage 5 like I mentioned before... I m using iPhone 6 plus iOS 9.0.2 , I've never encounter any of these issues before the update...
Apple TV Woa... I just noticed a testflight build for tvOS... I'll be straight on this when I get home! Awesome!!
Its still early days BTW so you have to navigate with a cursor! But I'm working on focus mode in the evenings this week!
Auto repair works well! Exactly what was needed. ATV build 135 crashes on second loop through Attract Mode. Aside: Both the ATV4 and iPhone 6 seem to struggle with performance with framerate drops visible during Attract Mode. This is after I've done Auto Graphics setup. Both these devices use the A8 chip. Previously I'd only played on iPad Air 2 (A8X chip) and even with the larger screen size performance is much better. No framerate drops. Again with Auto Graphics setup.
Dev is there anything I can help to solve the problem I encounter? Coz since I couldn't get pass spain.i got no way to unlock other places...
My game crashes during Rally Cross (I was on the 3rd lap and had just squeezed into first place... gaaah! ) iPhone 6, iOS 9.2.1
Last night I managed to get the dtaa size down by a fair but so hopefully some of the memory issues on the iPad Mini 1st gen will disappear. I'll see if i can look into the audio crashes tonight. I've also got the whole UI wokring really nicely with focus mode and gamepads, I just need to get the apple TV remote to play nice with this now too. Hopefully a new build early next week and I can then finish off the final touches. I've also made the AI much better on sharper corners (they never used to drop below 45MPH which was too fast for the first corner on rx1, stage1!!). Also the engine audio on AI is much better.
Had a busy few days on business, only got back to it last night! Focus is done, works really really well on the pad. Remote still a bit "meh" but then I don't like using it for any of the navigation of apple TV. I've also had to add the cloud key value saving for tvos too. I've also made the download package a mere 55mb, installed 130mb, so no longer do I need in demand assets. I'll try and get a build out later.
I wouldn't hold your breath, every time I upload a version i get: "Invalid Bundle - One or more dynamic libraries that are referenced by your app are not present in the dylib search path." Even if I upload the same build as before. Once again iTunesConnect proving to be a slowdown in development. I have no idea why this is happening, and there are no other messages to help out. I literally have tried 30 difference versions now to no success. What's more, I barely use any external libraries other than a few frameworks.
Very nice to see a new build BM. About to shake it out, get back with imps little later. Work calls, dammit.
