Glad you all like I've just tested tilt on Apple TV and iPhone and both seem fine! (did you have a damaged tyre?) I'll take another look next week! I'm having a weekend off! It should get harder towards the last 6 tracks of rally cross, and tracks get more demanding.
Experiencing the same, all I can do with tilt is turn right, any mode, with the Focus at present, haven't tested other vehicles
From what I can see with tilt, in landscape it's turning hard right, if I turn my iPod to the left, so it's in portrait, the steering is straight ahead, if I keep turning left, as if rotating to landscape it turns to the left until it detects it's time to flip the screen.. Hope that makes sense
On a positive, even with buttons (I'm a tilt steerer) Rally cross is AWESOME! One quick thought, how difficult would it be to implement a rear view so we can see what's going on behind us in Rallycross mode, even a touch option Like Real Racing 3 where you tap the top middle of the screen to look behind?
Easy, I'll get it done! (you are not the only one to request it) having a little icon to show where they are behind you may also help.
iPod touch 6th gen has the tilt issue for me too, looks like it could be possibly a bad build for some reason, will investigate more though!
Gotta say it again. Rally cross is so cool and so damned fun that it could literally be a stand alone game. This game is off the charts good. Freaking content abounds! Unreal BM. Can't say enough good things about this game. Any chance of customizable/movable controls?

Rally cross stage 4 course is epic. That sweeping asphalt chicane is so much fun and the little down hill kink before the last turn out onto the start/ finish is sick too!!! Stage 5 is good as well. The AI is spot on, cars behind are exactly where you would expect them to be and I'm having so much fun throwing nasty elbows on opponents coming into turns punting them wide! At the expense of my car sometimes smearing the front end. Lol. Absolutely love throwing key blocks on blokes into turns gaining momentum. Plays so goddamn good, it's almost magical! -Also, having a ball beating the bloody shyt out of my Escort!
I like Rally Cross! It seems your engine is ready for a touring cars game, too. Game crashed after Stage 6 of Rookie Trophy.
Looks like you are aware of the tilt issue. Tried using buttons and got my butt handed to me! I'm more of tilt type a guy...the more realistic of the simulation the better, IMO. However, time spent with arrow keys was still a blast! I love everything about this damn game! You nailed with the Rally Cross...by far my favorite racing preference. Hope the fix with the tilt issue isn't difficult to repair...I will try an hone my skills with arrow keys in the interim. P.S. - A rear view mirror button for Rally would be fantastic...I suspect some pit maneuvers are to be expected further into the racing the player gets! Loving it man!
It's ready for pretty much any racing game! (I'd love to have a properly modelled track to show off, instead of a procedural one!) I'll sort the crash, I know what it is, I've not played it through myself yet either! Here's hoping everyone loves it as much as you lot!
Tilt is fixed this end, I'll throw another build out this week! I'll add a rear camera option too, probably just touch anywhere near the bottom in the middle could do it?

FYI, A new build is coming with a few fixes and a few features that you lot requested (like rear view camera). It will hopefully be available by tomorrow!
