First impression is everything and if everyone has one like yours then this will be massive! Glad you like it! You never know maybe one day I'll even grab the wrc licence or even another championship licence for an official product if it gets enough interest and exposure! Either way this won't be the last of the racing games from brownmonster!
That would be cool. It's happened before, True Axis put a lot of heart into one of their games and now they're partnered with a large skateboarding venue. I could totally see you ending up in that same situation. The effort put into this game really shows.

Oh and I made the font size and UI windows a little bit bigger as it was something people had mentioned a LONG time ago!
Finally got round to having a blast at stage 1 Finland, and after many unsuccessful attempts at nailing Crabmans top score I have finally done it... but by a mile... I also believe this time is beatable too! I've spent a bit of time streamlining the UI some more too hopefully though pretty much got it all nailed down so in January I can simply throw out some extra game mode stuff, kock up a promo video and then release the bad boy to the store... Then the competition can begin! (I'm also adding a button to the world leaderboards so you can "watch" other players on all tracks just as if they are your friends as then I can add people like Crabman and GPS into my local list, this works well until we have 100,000's of players, in which ill have some form of watch player by name so you can search for players)
Pretty sick time on that! I still need to unlock a few cars so I can start putting in some good times like you guys. Will progress get wiped with the upcoming build?
Probably not, I think I'll leave the leaderboard as is until release now and then start all over with a fresh one when it's released! The 4 cars from the subaru onwards are all s class (basically the same power to weight ratio and slightly different inertias)

Wow, I am loving the latest build! Great work brownmonster! Finally, a game that makes me really glad I bought a moga rebel Mfi controller. One small request. If it's not too difficult to add, could you consider allowing custom soundtracks,,, or in other words, the ability to turn on my iTunes or Spotify music before opening the app and have it not shut off when I open the game?

Yes they are! I've been battling against both his and your ghosts haha. I feel like Mfi controllers do give a slight advantage , but Surprisingly, I was able to also do pretty well without it. Seriously, Great job on the Touch Controls! On the First rally,, stages 1-3 I used Mfi and on Stages 4-6 those times were set using touch.
Just appeared out of no where too! I played it through this weekend myself for the first time and have alot of tweak to make! Escpecially on Germany as none of the time shave been set properly so the AI has the same time for all! Also I'm trying to work out if I can add some form of marker for progress during a stage in a rally championship (like the top bar in colin mcrae which shows where you are relative to the AI or something similar) ...And I need to sort out the co driver on the latter stages, he gets a bit muddled...
Germany is done! now only 40% tarmac if that which makes it much more fun as you can slide it about much easier. Now to finish off the skill modes
Nice! Keep up the great work! I just wanted to ask... on my Mfi controller,, when I pause the game,, it doesn't appear that I can use the control pad to switch selections (restart, quit, etc). Right now it appears you have to use the touch screen to make selections when pausing a race. And I'm fine with that! Just wanted to let you know incase that wasn't intended. This isn't an issue in the main menu / pre-race screens because there seems to be deticated buttons for Next and Back on my controller
Perhaps to solve my pause screen Mfi issues,, u could consider doing something like making the gas button "continue" , the brake button "quit", and the handbrake button "retry" , and Options could be the Camera button?
You should be able to press gas/brake to continue/quit but other than that I need to finish the rest off, especially for AppleTV controls.
Hi guys, I've been speaking with contacts at Apple and really I need to remove the auto graphics screen for iOS devices and set them up as some defaults based on the device (which is what I planned anyway) The problem is I don't have enough devices of my own to test it on to get a decent setup for each. If you have a few minutes can you run the auto graphics for me and post what it sets your device to as standard including the exact model name of your Apple device please? (also if you could post me details of any adjustments you normally make that would be helpful too). You can find the button in the options screen. Thanks again!
iPhone 6s - auto graphics sets everything to max and no further adjustments are needed from there. I'm looking for a charger for a 4s and I'll run the test on there, will post if I'm able to find it. Edit: Running the test may have reset my progress
