    Done... ;)

In fact I may need names for the skill and rally cross cups, you've gave me a good idea there, "The Crabman Cup"!

New build subbed for Apple to do another Beta review, hopefully it'll be all yours some time tomorrow, but sometimes it takes 48 hours.

Where to start?. Well, I'll begin by saying tht the assets from the first iteration of Rush Rally have translated into the definitive iOS rally racing experience. This has to be, hand down, the most realistic WRX racing to date on iOS or console for tht matter. RR2 combines beautiful racing simulation and fun, pick up and play accessibility to the genre. A rare combination tht is often very difficult to achieve. After spending quite some time with the progression of RR2, I must say tht this is easily shaping up to be one of the greatest mobile racers of all time. True rally racing pedigree and prowess tht has to be played to appreciate. Hats off to the Brownmonster.

    Hmmm...

Graphics are really nice and crisp on my iPhone 6: sunlight streaming through trees, fun lightning flashes, particle effects. Game looks great. Love the unique camera options

Virtual controls work wonderfully. I do, however, have a small issue with the tilt controls; they're good, but a bit sensitive. And with no way to tighten up the sensitivity I quickly went back to the virtual setup.

And am I so wicked terrible that I'm like at Finland and have yet to beat a single time? Maybe make the first few races easier? Again, I just probably just need to get gud.

Love the amount of cars and they all look great- I especially love that they reflect the environment. Awesome.

I think my biggest nitpick is that you can't go back to a previous tour without having to quit out of a tour. If like to be able to jump to and fro.

    Be back later.

    I'll add one for you!

Nothing is balanced yet, the cars will also probably start off slower and then build up to the speeds they are now, meaning you can learn it better.

Yup one of the only mobile games with full reflections on the cars, hopefully it'll get us noticed in the press more!

You can always use the time trial mode to jump between tracks and stuff at the moment but i'll consider this some more!

By the way I've reset all the leaderboards again with the latest update so all your times will be lost this is because the tracks have all changed slightly and therefore the old times don't mean anything!

    Cheers!

Got it, and love it! Visually it seems more raw, in a good way, I think all the tweaking you've done has been a success. Haven't played it too much, will have more time later.

    LOL,too much of honor :D

    First impressions (sweden):

you absolutely nailed the handling (on snow) again imo.Looks and plays great, love the lighting, difference in weather conditions and also the sound of the tires on snow.

bugs (sweden) :from stage two on i couldn't see my times. They showed up again only after i finished a stage.Had a crash back to"desktop" as well after stage 3 (had to replay the stage).

suggestions:corner icons could be bigger (i just tried it on air 2,they are still quite small here)and i would prefer to have the map right next to the icons again, not on the left side of the screen. It might be ok on the phone screen (have to try it later) but it's hard to have a quick look on the big ipad screen now.

next:a graphical request ;) The snow flakes look a bit unnatural on the ipad screen. They don't have really (3D)"depth".Feels more like a moving"paper"mapped over the windscreen.Again, might be ok on the smaller screen but it's a bit weird on the ipad screen.

Last:some stage/corner combinations feel very familar to me.I'm quite sure i saw them in finland as well ;)

Not want to be to nitpicking here, all in all i absolutely like the progress!I have to work now unfortunately but i'll play more later.Couldn't play the other rallies yet.

    Good stuff,

I love the handling on the snow too, it feels good when you are in control, but then when you start sliding its clear the snow is trying to get control of the car from you!

Agreed on the corner icons, will have to see if there is some space for the map.

The snow is something I threw in quickly, its not been setup for the chase camera yet (same as the rain) but basically it will look better once I get to it. I can guarantee it will not stay like it is as i agreed completely!

Last stage... Urm... yes I better sort that out lol, in fact the entire track has the same left/right combos in order as the finland stage 6 as it uses the same random seed, except it is driven backwards. I quite like how its down hill though, but perhaps I'll just change the seed...

Nit picking = good, keep at it! I think releasing in 6 weeks or some is probably not going to happen as I wanted, but I think it is key the game is at its best on release to ensure Apple feature it and it gets people playing it.

btw,i couldn't play all sweden stages right now, only the first 4.Guess it was especially stage 4 that feels familar to me.Do you renember when i said something about a corner combo on finland (stge 4)being more medium than easy?I'm sure that it's quite similar to sweden stage 4.

drifting on snow is a hell lot of fun btw :)

regarding snow:i only tried bonnet view but i got this feeling (snow has no depth) nonetheless

Cool, Give chase another go too, I changed all the parameters to give a better feeling of speed and control. In fact you have to really use the handbrake on snow, otherwise you end up breaking axles on the trees far too often!

And yeah stage 4 has the same see too! D'oh, ill create new ones to stop them feeing the same must have forgot to change them!

I'm already in love with the sweden rally.Maybe my favorite now, followed by finland and spain.Lighting is so nice and different on the stages.Especially stage 6 looks great,i think you really nailed the"northern night"with this one :)

I had some heavy frame drops here and there though and generally the perfomance suffered a bit.I changed the shadows to medium for now
Also, why i generally like that it's hard to spot the track from time to time (because of all the snow),it's really hard to see the track in the last third of stage 6.I was flying into the nature 3 times because i just didn't know where to drive. But well, guess you just have to drive more carefully there. That's what i did the 4th time :)

And what a nasty jump over a big crest and immediately followed by a 90° corner.Took me 2-3 attempts as well :D

Thanks for the"quit rally"button btw, that one was needed.

And also thanks for the hint of your next rally ;)

Bug:it happened on all tracks that i couldn't see my racing times (only the penalty)until i crossed the finish line. After i played all rallies a second time ithe times magically appeared.

Here is an example how tiny the corner icons (and map)are on an ipad screen.
