I reached level 35, completed 23, died about 1050 times, but i'm still torn between rage quitting or better throw my 7 out of the window or better add this pearl to my GOTY contenders. The hypnotising gameplay while i search the flow (pattern) of those atomiks combined with the fast rewind/replay makes it almost impossible to put it down. Sometimes the level are so short that i can't kill myself anymore for an immediate replay. A replay button would be very useful. At this point i would highly recommend this hard game only to lovers of games like VVVVV, Lost Socks, Downwell or Jump'n'Shoot Attack. PS: yep, not to constantly shoot while jumping/flying is really MY most difficult part. As i said before, both thumbs are highly requested for short tappings.
A deliciously infuriating game. So many great releases recently. Can't keep up. This is doable, that's what I like about it. The learning curve for each level is spot on, even though they're mostly brutal. Awesome graphics that bring to mind a psychedelic ZX palette, sound that suits 100% and a really simple but well crafted storyline keeps me coming back for more. You know that killer bit in VVVVVV where you jump up through the deadly chasm then have to switch and go back down it on the other side? Reminded me of that but snappier. Ace.
Loving this game. The only thing I don't like is that the screen rotation is locked one way. And it's not the way I normally hold my phone. Minor but annoying problem. The game is incredible.
Agreed ! That's for me the only point in this game I would like devs to update it ! bTW this game rocks !!!
My one request is to allow rotation of landscape. It's locked into one very specific landscape and I use mine the other way. Drives me nuts
Oh boy, I'm sooooo bad at this. But holy cow, presentation is off the charts, so amazing! Another vote for fixing screen orientation, I'm currently covering the speaker with my hand... and this would be THE game for a procedural endless mode!!!
I've reached level 25 on the second planet and now i'm adding this gem "seething with rage ��" to my GOTY nominies. My huge satisfaction, by beating any of these levels, overwhelms me everytime so joyfully. PS: since i have lots of time right now, i emailed the Devs some of our problems, questions and this link. Edit: after beating level 40, i unlocked Marathon mode for this planet. Any tip how this works? Edit: ahh, i didn't realize the two arrows that showed up around the planet. Push and swipe up or down.
On the second world and great game so far. Really hard, but really fun. The only request I have is to add auto screen orientation so I can play with the phone flipped the other way. GJ devs and thanks for bringing this to IOS
