I don't think anyone has. Mine hasn't arrived so I think this is due to their server and not Yahoo, Gmail or Steve Jobs.

Me either. Lost a beta tester and definitely lost a potential purchase. If I do not get a response from trying to help him, what will it be like if I have a problem with the game after purchase?
